Sorry ChillerVapes, I was under the impression all CCW flavours were PG based, glad you've pointed that out as Lemon was going to be on my next order. Flavour Art does a Sicilian Lemon flavour, available from Liberty Flights here: www.liberty-flights.co.uk/product.asp?id=15. I'd guess that DV and TPA also do a suitable lemon. Let us know what you get and how you get on!

well your still smoking cause your having nicotine > This one REALLY bugs me. No, I'm not smoking - I am not setting fire to anything, I am not inhaling smoke (and the 4000+ chemiclas in that smoke, quite a few of which are known carcinogens) ergo I am NOT smoking. Grrrrrrrr!

Lemon and honey flavours both available from Cupcake World here: www.cupcake-world.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=144Menthol you can buy for less than £2 from your local Boots or any pharmacy, probably best not to say what you're going to use it for though. It's usually used to add to a bowl of hot water to inhale the steam for people suffering from a cold.

Sarah, I've got some Stevia on the way and I'd be more than happy to send you a spoonful or two. Bung me your address in a PM and I'll send you some out as soon as mine arrives.

I honestly think you should consider upping your nic level. I know you want to end up on 0% nic, and that is a worthy goal - but with the cravings you're having I think upping your nic level is far better than giving in and having a fag. You can always bring your levels down again, and anyway getting to zero nic isn't a race. You are NOT failing if you increase your nic levels, ESPECIALLY if increasing keeps you off the fags. And give the Twist another try - it's bigger because it has a bigger, better and longer lasting battery. I have 2 the same size as yours and I love them to bits. And huge "well done" from me for getting to 3 months, that is brilliant!

I agree with Giles and Lobey, keep it simple for now. You won't need to recoil for a while, and you may decide not to bother. This is a good deal from Brit Vapes, 1 rebuildable CE5 plus a spare head for £6.99, free postage www.britvapes.co.uk/product-p/ce52.htm.

While I think of it, more on the cost savings of recoiling/rewicking...
I've been vaping a little over 8 weeks. I've recoiled/rewicked 2 clearos in that time, both Vision Rainbows (and both only last week). They cost £5 each originally. I bought 5 metres of wick and 5 metres of 32 kanthal for another £5. I have enough wick and wire to recoil/rewick at least 50 times, probably more. So that £5 is going to save me roughly £250, at a conservative guesstimate. Plus, if my clearo dies I won't have to wait for vapemail to bring me a new one, I can fix up the old one in about 5 minutes. Brilliant, innit?

I wouldn't say better quality really, they are just different. Vivi Novas come in 2 sizes, standard (3ml) and mini (2.5ml) so they take more liquid than the CE4 types which will hold 1.6ml. And it's a matter of taste, some prefer them to the CE4 type, others don't. Vivi Novas are also more customisable, in that you can buy tubes for them in different colours, and metal ones as well for the liquids that aren't poly-carbonate friendly.
The thing about the CE4s from VIP is that they are not rebuildable, and they are slightly more expensive for a pack of 2 than buying 2 single ones from some other vendors, especially when you factor in the discount code. And they are the exact same thing. If you can buy 2 rebuildable versions for the same or less, you'll save even more money when the heads die as you'll only need to replace the head (£2.50) rather than the whole thing (£5). And if you recoil/rewick yourself, it'll cost pennies.
Edited for speeling (again!)

I've noticed on the VIP site they recommend replacing CE4s within 30 days of first use - I'd say use 'em til they die (cleaning them every few days, video of how to do that here:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u546QkCoPeQ). Or get a rebuildable for a similar price, they are easier to clean and you can buy a new head when it gets too clogged to clean:http://www.vapeescape.co.uk/vision-ego-rainbow-v3-rebuildable~388 and www.vapeescape.co.uk/vision-ego-rainbow-v3-spare-heads-%28long-wick%29~390 for new heads. If you don't fancy recoiling/rewicking yet, keep the old heads anyway - cos I'll bet you will eventually!

Cammy, that kit came with CE4 clearos, which should mean anything with a 510 or an Ego fitting will work. That includes Vision Rainbows, CE4, CE5, 510 cartomisers, echomisers, Vivi Novas - in fact pretty much every clearomiser and most cartomisers will fit. You can get them from all the suppliers recommended on here, CE4/CE5/Rainbows are around the £5 mark, Vivi Novas around £8-£10 but there are bargains to be had. If you fancy having a go at rewicking and recoiling your clearos (very easy and cheap to do), the rebuildable ones are an excellent buy. Edited cos I can't speel...

You're coughing up loads of crap because your lungs are now beginning to work properly. The chemicals in cigarettes paralyse the cilia (little hairs) in your lungs that help keep them clean, now you're not inhaling those chemicals any more the cilia can do their work - and there's a lot of years worth of crap in there to clean out!
The sore throat might be a quit symptom, or might be because you're not drinking enough (PG is very drying) or might be because you have a cold or you may possibly have a sensitivity to one of the ingredients in your ejuice. If it doesn't go away in a few days (and you have upped your fluid intake), or if it gets worse, switch juice flavours and/or PG/VG ratios and see how it goes.
And don't worry about using the Riva more than you smoked. I was never a heavy smoker (less than a pack a day) and now I nearly always have a PV in my hand. I puff away all day. Most of my juices are 12mg or less, and I keep 20mg around for after eating (the craving is always at its worst then). You'll know if you're overdoing the nic, it makes you feel dizzy and ill for a short while. If you feel fine, you're not overdoing it. If you're constantly craving, as opposed to puffing away cos you like the taste/habit/new toy syndrome, you might need a higher nic content.
Congratulations and well done on reaching day 3 - and starting to get your sense of smell back! Feels great, doesn't it? It's my 8 week anniversary today, and it's brilliant. And we weren't even intending to fully quit!

Excellent idea, I'd be up for at least 3 of them and probably all 5. As concentrates, naturally. Anybody brave enough to ask?
