Summary for folks that are behind the paywall (I don't pay either. Just not yet read enough ft this month.)

Hon Lik describes developing the ecig in early 2000s whilst trying to quit. Forming and building Dragonite, his ecig company, then selling it. (To Imperial Tobacco no less. Hrmph)

Final comment by Mr Lik - technology will improve, and if even one smoker stops it's a win.

A lot of us have been reducing our nic levels over time. In my case it was 24mg - 12mg - 9mg, other folk have gone further. So it was intriguing to hear Dr Farsalinos on a recent VTTV say that it's immaterial if you reduce or not, because as vapers we self-limit our intake. Over time we inhale enough nic as we wish, and no more. A high-nic vaper will take fewer pulls in a time period than they would on lower nic. The interesting outcome is that as a result, using higher nic concentrations actually reduces your overall juice usage! Quite an eye opener.

My last mix of 100mg of juice was done back at 12mg, and using it today exclusively. Just going to see how many refills the Subtank takes. For science!
