Are you providing all these free at vapefest for all the campers OliverB? would only be right and proper surely LOL They'd be better than the 'hog roast' that was at VF14 @johanino. Perpetua kindly went to fetch a batch of them for us hungry vapers, for which much thanks! However the vendor was shipping out bits of warm pig with generous fatty bits in dry bread rolls, hardly living high on the hog it was  Still, it filled the belly. |

Ok here's one for you curry lovers. Japanese origin, Kare-Pan. Short instructions : make a white bread dough, roll it into fist-sized rounds, leave it to rise a few hours in a warm place. Punch out a hole in the dough and spoon in some of last night's leftover curry, a tablespoon is plenty. Seal the hole (or there'll be hot curry all over the inside of the oven!). Bung it in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes. Leave to cool till they're still warm but not hot, and nice and crispy outside (especially if you glaze them with beaten egg before baking). Proceed to fill your face with curry bun. |

I had a full set in my 20s. It was a brought on by a Cunning Plan to avoid having to shave, which was and is a blooming pain to keep having to do. But after it grew out, the tache in particular was prone to sprouting extra long hairs that I'd nibble on (a particularly weird thing to see as you'd imagine) and so trimming it, and the beard that never continued to be quite symmetrical, ended up being as much of a faff as running a razor across me mush! As Alan Partridge would say, "I've been hair free for... 30 years.' (in the neck and chin departments at least)

I love fruit pastilles. After catching up with some internet sites and shoving handfuls of pastilles into my face, it was time to do a bit of shopping. At the counter of Tescos the assistant seemed to hide a sly grin, while one or two people looked askance at me. I checked my flies (discretely as possible), all ok there, no food scraps on the jacket or jumper, how odd! On arriving home I went to wash my hands, and saw in the mirror... a lime green fruit pastille blob that had detached from its friends and hung on to the very tip of my schnoz, like a radioactive bogie.  |
