If you have V1 Vamo's, the settings dont save between battery changes. V2 on the other hand do. You can tell a V2 cos it has what looks like a rubber washer inside where the battery goes like MM

Sure there are things that you shouldnt take into your body. Vaping bleach or petrol is probably a bad idea. But there is a way to test how you will react to anything. I learned this from a survival expert whilst serving in her majesty's armed forces. And its an easy test. And its something you would have to do before ingesting anything as food.
Take the flavour you want to try and rub some on your hand. If nothing happens, rub some on the crook of your arm and wait a bit. Still no reaction, put some on your lips. Still nothing rub some on your gums. If still ok then probably is safe to ingest.
The gums and mouth is the most sensitive parts of the body. If you can stand it in your mouth then its fair to say that it will be ok.
But just take sensible precautions. Sure this is a leap of faith. And it will remain a leap of faith for a very long time. No one is likely to come along with a list of what you can and cannot vape. And mostly what you eat you can vape also.

I have silver and a black chrome versions of the vamo. Yea the black chrome does look nice. But the finish is not very hardy on the black chrome. Its only 2 weeks old and its starting to chip away. But that doesnt bother me at all. They are great little devices and great as a all day work horse. My nice mods stay at home.

You wont find a lot of Kanthal A now as its been replaced by A1. Most people use A1. But the difference is only a 100 degs and we dont heat it that high. I use D right now. Its just the same in my Genies as my A1 was..
Just buy A1 or D. Whatever you can get really. MM

The problem with the 18350 format is that its not as developed as the 18650 and its larger anyway. The really big capacities all sit in the 18650 camp as they are used by the big torch lot. But as the 18350 gains acceptance, there will be more development. The Efest 18350's are the largest capacity in the 18350 of 800mah. Thats about it for now. So if you use these batteries.. You just need to carry spares.

Doesn't dry burning burn the coil and the wick completely ruin it? The idea is that dry burning removes some gunk from the coil. But the problem is, that it can burn the wick also and everything tastes burnt afterwards. Probably the best thing to do is conduct this flush out at the same time you change the head. Give it a good old flush out. Pull it apart and then change the head for a fresh one and drop some juice on and fill it. Leave it a couple of mins to soak up the juice and then vape it. Simples.. MM

I make my own juice now and I settled on 80/20 PG/VG. It works for me. I have tried 70/30 but it was a bit too sweet for me. But, it may work better with flavours that are not that sweet. Just have to find what you like with what flavour you have. MM
