Just mixed bananas and cream by the frogster. Smells lovely. I used various syringes and a pipette to mix. Not to messy but will improve next time. Question......i assume its ok to wash mixing bits and pieces in warm water and leave to dry. Its not necessary to keep separate syringes for each component aslong as they are washed out?

I use an Ego-t with ce4 clearomisers/cartomisers,whatever they are called [seen ce4 called both]. For me this kit is perfect. With 1100mah batts lasts a day easily and i vape about2-3 hours. I see all this expensive bling advertised and wonder, is it any better. I have never had a problem and dont see the point in upgrading. I know there are vv , rebuildables, batt bypass,digital displays ,special atomisers, etc , etc. I dont want a mega throat hit,im trying to cut down on nic and vaping all day is probably not a good idea. I just wonder what tempts people to spend mega bucks on the latest gadget? Or will i find over time that i to will succumb to wanting more/better.

Gonna try my first mix tomorrow. Decided to have a bash at Frogsters Bananas and Cream ,just cause it looks delicious. I bought some ready mixed aswell and removed the tops for steeping. Grants Vanilla custard smells amazing. Infact my little galley smells like a sweet shop. Will let you know how i get on.

I have a few Juices in VG in 10 and 30ml. I would like to modify them to 50/50. At present they are 12mg. Can i just add nic and PG?

I started off with ciggie look a likes in PG. They gave me a sore throat so i bought an EGO and used VG,this made my chest wheeze. Went back to PG a few days ago. This is over a 5 week period. At first i preferred VG for the amount of vapor but now im leaning towards PG as it simulates smoking better. Also i believe my wheezy chest stems from the enormous amount of vapor produced by VG. I'm just going to start mixing my own juice and will try a 50/50 mix. Hopefully this will prevent a sore throat and reduce the chesty wheeze. To be honest i had neither a sore throat or chest wheeze when i was smoking 10 roll ups per day. Vaping is very addictive and its all to easy to chain vape. That is probably the culprit. However i will persevere as its still better than smoking, and i really enjoy vaping.

For the last 10 years i smoked [free for 5 weeks lol] 10 or less a day. Previous to that i probably smoked 20 per day. Whereas i agree that smoking is a killer and is anti social ,each to there own. Lets not forget the other killer addictions, alcohol, prescription drugs,recreational drugs, food and obesity, even sex and there are others. It seems to me its always the smoker who is singled out. If you are a good hard working and decent person and the worst thing you do in life is smoke and are prepared to risk it, so be it. By the way i have seen what smoking can do to people , i have a friend who will probably be lucky to make it to xmas,he has lung cancer and my ex workmate had to leave with emphysema.
