Are there any particular times you find more difficult than others ? Like after dinner, first thing in the morning, etc ?
I'm finding it helps to be aware what your triggers are and then focus on vaping heavily through them. If the craving is still there then just have half a fag if all else fails.

Hi Callum. I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but how long should I steep your e-liquids for? I ordered 5 bottles from you and they all have a mix date of 31/1/13 on the bottle, should that be optimal at about 7th of Feb or would you recommend a bit longer/less ? (Bit new to steeping I'm afraid).
The Blueberry cheesecake I couldn't actually resist and that is delicious already.
(PS They all smell absolutely lovely, the Bounty smells good enough to drink out of the bottle and the Peppermint..... man alive, that smells good)

My non joye twist has a two phase charging. Plug it in and the led on the twist lights up . That stays on for the first phase of charge. After which the led goes out but the unit is now in stage two charging. After about an hour the chargers led goes from red to blue so charging is complete. The led on the twist might even come back on, cant be sure Very similar to what I see. I've left one on the charger tonight about an hour after it went green and they've gone back to red (charging) for another hour or so. Really confusing. The Joyetech website seems to support a really odd format for downloading their manual. I can't find an application to read it.

I think this article is pointing in the right direction. Andy That article in The Guardian got me onto the e-cigs. What have the Daily Mail got in their heads ? It baffles me. They talk about being anti-porn, for example, then their website seems obsessed with 'side-boob', and 'up-skirt' shots'. It's a seriously odd newspaper. As to their stance on e-cigs, as the article has been taken down it's difficult to judge, but based on their previous hypocrisy about anything I find it a very odd move. They must be in the pay of someone for some of the stuff they print. I'm not, for one moment, suggesting The Guardian is much better, they are just the leftie equivalent of the Mail, but at least they do let facts prevail and that article above was very informative.

Joyetech don't make 1100mah batteries, the highest they go is 1000mah. Yeah, typo on my behalf. Should say 1000mah. Just checked on the website I bought them from. You seem to know the range of batteries pretty well, do you know why they might not be charging ?

Cas, the 2nd pic looks like you've pushed down the connector too far by overtightening a clearo/carto. Try using a non-conductive item (cocktail stick or a leccy's spanner) to lift it up with the battery turned off. The centre pin should protrude but yours is flat. It happens to me a lot on Rivas when I use a clearo and I carry an Electirican's screwdriver round in my case to lift it up.

Hi Sy. 'm sort of in your neck of the woods (near Ely). If you ever get stuck for emergency juice, let me know mate. Good luck. Hi Figgis and thanks for the offer of ejuice if I ever get stuck short. Real nice of you m8! Regards, Sy Not a problem mate. If I was in your situation It'd be nice to know there's an emergency supply if it was needed. (Mind you, I have enough juice to start a vape-bar at the moment - I've gone mental with it) Genuinely hope your health works out and you keep off the ciggies. It's opened my eyes to why I want to stop. As a slight aside, I saw 2 people using e-cigs in Ely today whilst I was out and about. I reckon these things are getting extremely popular.

That's something worth knowing about mate !
Which days are they there ? I could do a nice vape and a chat over a coffee whilst the boss goes about her so important business of scurrying round from shop to shop.

Figgis, that's been a recent hot subject. I believe ECITA are carrying out tests on a lot of eliquid and most vendors should provide said tests if you ask for them. Someone with more up to date knowledge should be able to help you better than I. I suspected it had been discussed, but I've barged into e-cigs, with a somewhat hectoring tone to the wife, brushing aside her concerns and saying they are completely safe. My main problem was that 'light-bulb' moment when you don't really know the answer to an obvious question. I know fags are bad, it's easy to prove, but it would do a lot of favours for supporting e-cigs if I could stand up and state that there are no health risks and this does seem an obvious Achilles heel which could be exploited by anti-E-cig proponents. It'd certainly help to shut the missus up and get her to try them

My missus asked me about this on the way back from town in the car. She said how do you know what the hell is in them things and how do you know they're clean/washing their hands/etc? It does raise some questions how clean/sterile some of the stuff is we're buying cos at the moment anyone can set themselves up and I didn't know what to say to her.
Is it all kitchen-sink setups or are all the e-juices made in monitored places ? I didn't even think about until she asked me.

One other thing Sy, E-Cig-Wizard have a shop in Peterborough : EDIT : Forget this, better to buy off the internet site. The shop isn't worth it.

Hi Sy.
Really sorry to hear about your health, that must have been a shock cos you're only a few years older than me.
I'm sort of in your neck of the woods (near Ely). If you ever get stuck for emergency juice, let me know mate.
Good luck.

What I've found browzer is that it's really hard to avoid that nostalgia for the ciggies. Something about them keeps trying to get its hook into you. The best way I can think of it is a scratch you can't itch. The e-cigs can go so far and make it a hell of a lot easier than going cold-turkey, but if you really want to stop the ciggies then it does require a bit of will power. Not as much as totally stopping and it's no bad thing to relapse now and again but you do have to go through the withdrawal problems at certain times. It's a really difficult habit to stop cold so if you can just slow it down at your own pace then you're doing really well.
It's annoyingly tricky though. I have a real problem of a Friday/Saturday, as I always like a few beers on a weekend and that is the trigger for me. I'm watching Match of the Day now and I keep thinking, every time a match ends - go for a fag.
I haven't had one, but man, it's tough even though I keep taking toots on my vapes.
Have a couple tonight and don't worry. It'll get easier mate.
