Odd - I never knew that constantly moving my hand to my mouth was going to cause me anything more serious that a frozen shoulder or spots. Is there something we haven't been told? ??? Incidentally - I think anyone who has some time to campaign should vigorously campaign to get that e-cig ad at the page tops banned. Since it is taking repeat CC payments and is likely to cause a huge amount of damage to the whole movement. I will try to make some time to get round the links etc later in the day - but have an awful lot of stuff to do. Incidentally - for the record - my stance on using the e-cig in places where smoking was banned has always been this: I will use it discreetly - in places where everyone knows what it is (ie the staffroom) when I need to. I use it very discreetly in pubs and restaurants. I will not start "smoking" again in places where I have long been used to not smoking - such as on aeroplanes, in shops, on buses , inside hospitals - etc etc etc. I think that doing so is likely to inflame the "anti" mob further and result in what we are seeing starting to happen - namely the people who are against smoking with a kind of Stalinist zeal - start to campaign to get it banned. I have never approved of it being marketed as a way of "beating the ban" - or as a twenty-something's toy for using in the pub. I am happy to call it a personal vapouriser - if this helps.......

I am still finding cigarette lighters around the place - I reckon I will be for the rest of my life. In pockets - in boxes - under furniture - you name it - all the ones I have ever lost are turning up.

Hopefully I shall find a happy medium both in the strength and quantity of juice/carts but even if I am 'vaping' too much/too often, I haven't had a single cigarette for two days and am not missing them one bit. That was my attitude - and you know when you've had too much as you will feel a bit dizzy If this happens - then buy a bottle of glycerin from a chemist or a supermarket and cut your juice with it. I chain vape when on the PC (used to chain smoke .........) but actually I am now mostly vaping glycerin when I do this. When I am out and about and need to actually get a nictotine fix more quickly from a few puffs - I use stronger liquid. You could never tailor cigarettes to give you the exact amount you needed like you can with e-cigs

Tim - what has always worried me - and put me off going to a stop smoking clinic is that they tell you what you have to do. All the stuff that comes through my door says "We will work out a plan with you" - but do you know ......... Every single person I know who has been to one has been given exactly the same plan And no one is asked " do you feel ready to move on?". This is why I have never been near any of them - or got anything from doctors, clinics or "support groups". The one that currently raises a smile from me is this one: "hanging around with smokers can be good for you"......... I want to post it back to them saying "Well I doubt it - but I do think hanging around with vapers is a lot better.................... " Anyway - good luck with it Tim - you have the secret fall-back to get you through it

sounds interesting. Nice to meet you Kate - I don't go on big forum as I haven't much sense of direction and get lost easily. Usually when walking in a straight line However I am a contented vaper and would like to spread the word more.

I am a user of the RN4081 - Supermini - me and MM are really the only two on here who use it all the time - though Chrissie started on it. I have never tried anything else as I like it - and to me it looks more like a cig than the mini (which was important at the start). I would simply say go for it - and see how you get on - it is the best thing to do. And be prepared to spend all your smoking money on it for the first month at least.

cos Im partially dyslexicI wondered if you were when you suggested the yellow screen. I think it might be possible to make it yellow just for your user. We will have to investigate for you.
