Lee,from what i can see you'd be better than me ! I will be a member of the ECCA but i'm just not up for being a committee member.Scylla,i can't even persuade myself to 'talk' on mic never mind anything else. I know i can type what i want,but because i cant type fast i come over as being very blunt and too the point,whats the point of spending my next twenty minutes fluffing something up to look good,i haven't got that long :-D
Perpy,you have one up on me from the word go,i've never even attending a meeting as such,i dont know how they work,i dont know how they run and i dont want a place on the main committee when i haven't got a clue what i'd be doing.
Perpy, as for meetings etc, at the moment they are fixed at 9.30pm because of it starting of with VTTV's help. I'm sure meeting times etc can be discussed between committee members to find out whats best for everyone.Open meetings or member meetings obviously need to be set with times that are agreeable to most people.
Most people seem to put in sugestions (sod the spelling) of what-ever i'm thinking anyways.Saves me doing it :-D

My advice would be if you can mix up a small 10ml batch from your mix or even 5ml.As i'm not sure how strong this flavouring is i'd start by adding just a couple of drops and checking how it tastes. Then you'd get a rough idea of how many drops to add to the rest without overdoing it and spoiling the whole 50ml. Edit:- if the highest they do is 38mg you now have 19  |

Your above list is correct as to what you need,make up a small batch first and go from there.As i normally use nic pg,vg and flavouring i'm not up to scratch as to how much vodka you need to dilute vg. Using nic juice isn't really that hard as long as you remember how much you need to start off with.I use 50mg to mix so i use 7-8ml in a 20ml bottle. if thats all you put in then you can't go wrong :-) |

I think you might have hit the point were your taste buds are starting to recover too.They play havoc with the way your vapour tastes and throat hit suffers to.Brush your teeth often,that seems to work.Swap flavours to something else when the taste goes,some go through several a day!

Sorry to send people over to another forum (again) but tonights meeting for anyone who either doesnt know or is interested is at Scotts.He has posted a 'how to' thread and i do suggest people attending read it. ukvapers.com/topic/5064-ecr-chat-room-meeting/Perpy i just don't have the brain power or grace of words to do something like this and have never been involved in anything like this at all.I do want to keep up to date with everything thats happening both here at home and various other countries.Sometimes it is just better to take a back seat rather than put your foot in it. I came across a post not to long ago on a News article where this person stated that DG had been used by certain sellers when ecigs first came out to cut costs and rip buyers off....but they dont use it anymore,i nearly died as he was FOR ecigs.The FDA yarn has gotten spun so far as unless new users care to learn the truth they may take the first thing they read as the truth. (wow thats a long post for me! ) |

I've been checking out the NICE consultation. It runs for 18 months and they are now asking for groups and individuals to sign up.Kate has signed Vapers Network up as an interested group and as much as i'd like to do the individuals it seems to be asking for smokers only !! Hifi,if i have to get a dictionary out when you post i wont be a happy bunny :-D The MHRA already strengthened their case when they got the results the wanted from the NCP consultation.The big guns went for Option 2 just what they wanted. Now there's the chance that E-Cigs will end up under a separate heading of Harm Reduction,away from NRT so as to not be in competition.
Unless someone has the balls to treat ECigs as already being under the MHRA they are going to get all their own way and they will make all the decisions for us,in advance of anything that may happen in the future 18 Months.The one thing to watch is the nicotine strengths that they are going to allow.
