.5 ribbon is very wide and low resistance, you might be able to get enough wraps in a large dripper But it's more of a genny wire. Yes indeed, I have an RSST and a DID clone to play with, so I should be able to use it on those I hope. If not, it will turn up in the classies !!

Looking at building a Box Mod, and am thinking about 'flat' type batteries I have seen a photo somewhere of a DNA 20 Mod and they are using 2 'flat' (about mobile phone size but with wires) batteries joined in parallel. Anybody know what I should look for? ... Googles results are giving me brain freeze with so many types/ variants. Considering fitting 2 to give prolonged use between charges.
I've posted this question elsewhere so if you read this somewhere else, it just means I'm trying to cover all bases ...
Cheers

There's supposed to be a new MVP released within the next month or two which includes VW and a resistance checker. Probably a while before FT can negotiate a decent price and get their mitts on it though. That will DEFINITELY be on my Christmas wish list! Most likely get them just in time for Christmas !!!!!

I have been looking at the materials available ... Does the Ekowool (hollow) offer a real difference compared to silica? Yes I know, everything is subjective ...
Just looking to see different opinions ... Oh and how about ribbon wire compared to 'normal? Does the extra width of the ribbon restrict the use to the vertical wick devices or could it be used in an EVOD head for instance?

Now Wobblybootie, I'm not trying to steal your thunder. But if you had put the effort in you could have had a real head turner like this.... Now get practicing! Ah, a little competition ... If we put our minds together there'd be no stopping us!!

Very Nice work!! Do I take it that you are obtaining the pipes and converting (I guess so from the title) and not making some from scratch?

If you want to coil with the wick in place then just file one side of the screw/bolt flat after filling all the unwanted threads ... the wick should sit on the flat section ... You could do this with several, each screw having the correct amount of threads for different Devices/ Resistance
Sorry, I'm thinking RSST (larger wick holes etc) types here not tiny EVOD/Nova

Fill one side of an M2/3 and each end (personal choice) with epoxy so you have grooves where you want them and the coil will screw/slide off. Well I know what I mean if nobody else does ...
