Thank you. All methods duly noted ... as for wasting vodka, no problem with that. I'd use it for drain cleaner, that is, if there was any in the house!!

That was quick!!! Thanks Karma ... I'll give it a go. I'm not a menthol type but I do like strong coffee types. I have a few 306's to hand. What with casting poly resin for making pens and a bit of juice mixing my shed is becoming a Lab!!

I am about to start testing my own juice mixes and (for now) will be using a Bauway 306 for small drip tests. Can I 'purge' the flavour by dripping straight PV or VG onto the wick and hit the fire button a few times? If anyone has a better solution ...

Turning the bowl and drilling out the wooden stem was the easy bit. ( I make pens on the lathe) Trying to work with the wrong switch was a right royal pain in the rear!! I should have changed it but was too impatient to try it out to sort out a better one!! Mechanical switches are the way to go I think ... but ... I might give a switch / pcb from an Ego setup a go.
Watch this space!!

Thanks everyone ... I just wanted to be able to sit back with my feet up with a cold one and a book. In the past of course, there would have been an ashtray close by. I like my Vamo but to have that weight hanging off your teeth was just too much. I guess having been a Tolkien freak for close to 50 years must have had a hand in it somewhere. OH well on with the next one ...

If you end up using it for carving wood, (Mod box, pipes etc) then the best way to clean and degunge the rasps is with a block of rubber (http://www.axminster.co.uk/axminster-abrasive-belt-and-disc-cleaners-prod21144/?sessionid=c3524a85c90564ff9442b837aff42d923a99f227 )
touch it to sanding discs as well, you will get loads more use out of them. On the Carbide burrs a quick flashing with a blow torch will clean all the crap off.

Could someone please explain how the bottom feeder mods work eg the REOs ... I get the squeezy bottle bit but how does the juice get to the coil? Does the feed pipe go through the bottom of a dripping atty (no that won't work 'cos you couldn't screw it on with a pipe attached) ... Am getting splinters from scratching my head!! I guess I'm being a little dense this morning, well it is Monday!!

Thank you all for your views, I will now go into conclave ... As per normal black smoke and bad, bad words will signal a disappointed vaper and clouds of white will signal a successful decision made!!

I am looking for a simple Dripping Atomizer(s) for use in testing home brew juices etc. As dripping is not a method of vaping I have any experience with I thought I would consult the oracle ... I have no problem with rebuilding etc. I could get a whole load of suggestions, but, it could be that one particular make proves more popular than others. Conversely there may be something that most people would give up vaping rather than have to use !! Your suggestions please.

Before I take a hammer and gas axe to my vamo could anybody give me a few hints on stripping it down to it's component parts? (for instance removing the top) because if it is a screw fitting mine has been assembled with mega loctite!! I would rather not damage it but if it was assembled then logically it can be disassembled!!
