I have this one: vapourhut.com/mods/VHickand it works fine for me. In fact I have 2 - one in a Roller and one in a Silver Bullet (both with Kick extensions). I'm using Kayfuns with both, and I tend to make my coils 2.1 to 2.3 ohms resistance. With this setup they vape easily as well as my Zmax. They use PWM and some folks have complained about a 'rattlesnake' type sound. I have heard this once or twice - but it's whisper quiet with a Kayfun on. Apparently there is a new Kick Mk 2 out now if you want to spend more....

I have the Sigelei flat head telescopic and I can just about hear the PWM effect in a silent room (vaping at 9 watts). Most of the time I don't notice it al all, but it doesn't bother me when I do.... There again I don't use cartos much.

I don't have the Kayfun Lite but I do have the 3.1ES. I find Keith's (C9V) figure of eight method works superbly for me with 2mm Ekowool. The trick is to have the two loops as small as possible - so that they just touch the shoulder wells and do not block the flow of juice. I normally use 4 wraps of 0.2 Kanthal which works out at 2.2 to 2.4 ohms. I find that ideal on a VV/VW mod. The Kayfun is a fabulous vape!

My opinion is that if you want to take good pictures you need to compose them. That means you need a camera with a good viewfinder. The best viewfinders in the business are to be found on DSLRs. With a DSLR you see the picture through the actual lens that will take it, and you can use different lenses for different purposes. An entry level DSLR will be larger and heavier than a compact camera, but will be incredibly versatile. All the pics in my personal gallery were taken with a Nikon DSLR and I recommend them highly. ETA: If you are particularly interested in night and other low-light photography you can buy yourself a 'fast' lens that will let more light into the camera (look at f1.4 lenses). With the larger sensor that DSLRs have you can operate even by candle-light with the right setup.

I think they are disposable...I read somewhere that a rechargable version may be released at a later date. I'm no business women but how do they expect this to succeed? Who in their right mind is going to pay £6.99 for less than an hour of vaping? I expect lots of people may initially try them but when its run out I can't see them going back to buy another. As I said, I am no business woman so if anyone out there can see something I can't, please enlighten me Agreed, one hour of vaping for £6.99 is just wrong, I would certainly take 20 cigarettes over this if there were no alternative!!Maybe that's their plan! Convince folks that ecigs don't work and drive them back to the evil weed....

Todd's reviews are just wonderful - they always feel like a good mate talking to you rather than a 'professional reviewer' if you know what I mean. Oh and I got an Oddy clone 'premium set' from VaporFreak today with the extended 6ml tank..... filled to the brim with GVC..... nom nom nom

Provari is very well built and gives a smooth, flavourful vape. I think they suit silica-wicked atties the best. I think they work well with Kayfuns. Personally though I do find the Provari a bit of a pain with genesis style atties - they are very sensitive to coil resistance. If you intend mostly to use silica-wicked atties then Provari is unbeatable IMHO, although they are verrrry pricey!
I have recently been using a Sigelei flat head telescopic mod, and that has impressed me a lot. Although it uses PWM it seems to give a nice smooth vape, and the 'rattlesnake' is undetectable to my ears....

I have been vaping for 7 months - so I'm still a relative beginner. Both the RSST and the Kayfun are really straightforward to set up, and they both perform really well.

Do yourself a favour - buy once and buy right Save for the Kayfun! In the unlikely event that you hate it, you can re-sell and get most of your money back....

So far I have found Ekowool works best for me. Standard silica wick seems far more variable in quality.

Wonderful achievement I'm at the 7 month point myself and looking forward to being where you are now Looking back on the last 7 months it is amazing the difference between the first few drags on a disposable lookalike and the vape I'm enjoying now! Like you, everything I know is down to this fab community. When people help each other the way they do on this forum great things happen Keep up the good work!

With me it's a matter of principle - I'll only pay if I can throw rotten vegetables at her as well
