thanks guys i think i have overdone the menthol a bit so ill just keep an eye on that
its not burn taste its like a sore throat so lower v = less vape = less sore i think
i hope i havent got an alergy to the pg or vg as im enjoying this, will see how it goes.

been vaping about 5 days now using about 3 to 4 ml a day of variouse flavours ( i was a heavy smoker 40 to 50 a day) yesterday i started to get a raw throat sort of roof of mouth at the back, i had been enjoying menthol for 2 days and i put it down to that ( overdoing the 1 flavour ) sp i swopped to a more mellow taste of melon, but i still have it, i am using a ego twist at 3.8v and so i have played with the settings a bit to cool the vape down but unless i am at lowest setting i still get this burn sensation, has anyone else had this issue, is it part of the stop stinkies routine or am i doing this wrong lol, would apretiate your input
juice im using is totally wicked premixed if that makes a difference.

i liked the part at the end where the doctor ( female spokes person) say "using it is a replacement for smoking without the nasty smoke".... well isnt it the smoke part that is killing people and shes against it?? in my opinion the government will be against it due to revenue loss from x smokers and for medical professionals to be anti i think they need to rethink there views on smoking in general and then look at the benefits that vaping brings ( mind you if all smokers took up vaping think about the empty doctors surgeries ) lol Doctor sat in a doorway with a board saying EMPTY SURGERY TO SUPPORT PLEASE GIVE GENEROUSLY  |

im using the e twist with a tornado mini rcs and have been off the stinkies 9 days now, im finding it a good replacement with no nasty smoke.

i quit fags 9 days ago now e lite type replacements for 5 days but i saw the light and am now happily vaping dont feel like reverting back to the bad ways and i dont miss it either
so much nicer having all the flavours to choose from

hi and i stopped the stinkies 8 days ago now went for the normal e cigs for a few days then saw the light and started vaping dont ever think i will turn back, so many options for flavours, strengths and brands so many shiney things to buy to vape with WHAT THE HELL WERE WE THINKING WHEN WE PICKED UP OUR FIRST FAG when this is avalible  good luck and if you struggle these guys will sort you out.. |
