GVC is obviously out of stock at the moment but how often is it available to buy because I'd love to try it? I know he has a 21 day steeping cycle so I'm guessing (and it is just a guess) every 3 weeks to monthly-ish. Thanks nemo, I'll have to keep my eyes peeled.

forgive my ignorance, having not got involved with mods before (no shinyitis ) but:- 1. the kit comes with one 18650 battery and ONE 18350, but it states it needs 1x18650 or 2x18350s..what's that all about?? 2. are the purple bits just covers, i.e. serve no purpose? 3. can see an on/off switch, but no fire button? 4. looks like a standard ego/510 connector, so could you use it with a clearo without the top carto cover? 1. The mod is telescopic so you can use all length batteries. From what I've read using 2 x 18350s 'stacked' is not really recommended. 2. The top purple section is just a cartomiser cover, not a sealed drip shield so yes it's just for looks really. 3. The 'fire' button is on the bottom and it has a locking screw to isolate it. 4. Yes and that is what I intend to do when my K100 version arrives. Edit: mikeb beat me to it.

Grant's will be back on sale this week. Keep checking. Oh, and Vaping King's stuff is pretty good. GVC is obviously out of stock at the moment but how often is it available to buy because I'd love to try it?

No, not all IMR batteries are protected. If it doesn't say they are protected then they should be unprotected. Doesn't do any harm to check with the supplier if you are concerned. Cheers mate.

If they are protected it should say so. I thought that and some say 'protected' and some don't. Is it not the case that all IMR batteries are protected?

So I'm using the no brand name batteries that came with my Sigelei Zmax telescopic and I want some decent protected batteries. Are all the Torchy and Efest batteries on ebay protected or do they differ?

"Now the kits comes with a Safty protection Chip , you can put it on the battery when you use it but No need to put it on when you charger !! Mor safty for your vape now !!!" Saw that at the bottom of the listing on Zainy. Not really sure what it is, I think it is a fused chip, so safer than not using one. 1. Is it best to use protected batteries?Yes, batteries could get beyond recharge without some protection. 2. Or can a use un protected with a fuse?Yes again. But looks like they supply a chipped insert from the quote above. 3 Could I use these batteries? www.thaipowerlight.com/Battery-Charger/Battery-Dinosaur-18650-3400mAhIt`s a re wrapped Pannie I think. Just about perfect for this mod I would think. 4 Or this one?"www.thaipowerlight.com/Battery-Charger/Batt-AW-18650-2200mAhYes, an AW battery, should be fine, protected. 5 Iclears will be okay as well.6 Also what is this I hear from reviewers about a 'Kick' What is that and do I need one?n From where?Kick will give you a consistent voltage (adjustable) from a mod with no VV or VW. Not cheap though. www.bargainvapour.com/Evolv_Kick_in_stock_with_bulk_discount/p1274299_7222877.aspx I've ordered a copper coloured K100 kit from Fasttech but it doesn't come with the protection chip. Are these available to buy on their own anywhere, I've had a quick look but can't find one?

OK so I recently just finished recoiling my protank for the first time. I received my Ekowool today but I ordered 2mm instead of 3mm I got 1.5ohms with four wraps of 0.2 kanthal and I thought I was set to go. However, all I'm getting is a nasty burnt taste with a little flavour as an afterthought and almost zero throat hit. I've layed more and then even more strands on top of the coil but it's no better. Was I supposed to boil the Ekowool or something first? Should I just try again?

Noob question. Can someone please explain to me how this works? Is that mod only compatible with the supplied atty and is it a dripper? It will take an atty with a 510 connection or ego threading*. The atty that comes with it isn't an atty, its a shield that slips over a carto. *eGo threading according to www.ukecigcabin.com/product/kamry-k100-telescopic-modThanks for that. Still learning

After saying they would not do the device only, what do I find in the New Section? This! - K100 Body Only and it's just over £15 delivered! Noob question. Can someone please explain to me how this works? Is that mod only compatible with the supplied atty and is it a dripper?

Hi jibber welcome I am nicotine free but continue to vape nic free juices to keep the weight from going on. In fact I have lost weight since starting vaping and giving up smoking. Well done on both counts! I've only been vaping for a week and yet my late night nibbles have already ceased which used to involve anything from a couple of slices of toast to full dinners
