Provari with 510 atty on = 173 grams - only because I have my scales behind me It takes a little bit of getting used to Bardle, but once you do, you won't give a damn what anyone else thinks Would they be the same scales that you weigh your money with? If they are then trust me, they'll be spot on lol Thought it was only me that weighed £20 notes because it takes too long to count them!

Do these plastics have the power of arrest? I didn't think that they did. I'd just tell them to do one, and not give them any info. If they want to call a real copper, fair enough. I'm sure they would be prepared to listen to reason, and accept the evidence of their own eyes, as long as I was polite.

Would you settle for one that didn't leak as long as you didn't turn it upside down?

If I tell you what it is, and it doesn't pan out, you'll all be disappointed.

It's still in development, but it's looking promising. It all works, but I need to make it more user friendly, and buildable at a reasonable price. Could take a while.......

Posted this on UKV, but added here for those that don't visit there:
I think the taste you get as the juice runs low is coming from the wick, Andy. I'm using wick from Bulli, and others have reported a similar taste in different devices when using this wick. Hopefully the wick that Tim (rawveg) has found will solve this minor irritation. I've got used to it, and see it as a warning to top up, rather than getting the full-blown burnt taste of a dry vape. The white plastic part is the cap from a carto. It's silicone, and shouldn't give off any taste unless it actually melts.
Remove the black sticker and the glue from the carto. Drill the hole as low as possible - 10mm will be fine. Any lower and you drill through the base fitting of the carto. I use a 1.1mm carbide drill bit, and centre-punch the tube first, to stop the drill wandering. Remove the bottom cap (the one without the step) and push the top of the carto into the bottom of the cap. Stand the carto upright on a table, and slide the cap down until it just touches the ridge of the carto fitting. You should be able to do this using just your thumbs on the cap, and your fingers hooked under the tabletop.
Fit the tube to the bottom cap (a smear of juice inside the tube helps here), make sure that the carto is central in the tube, and that the white cap is in place, then fit the top cap.
If you are using a new carto, it's worth filling it from the top before filling the tank and fitting the top cap.

A couple of points for users:
The air inlet hole in the tube is almost in the middle, but not quite. The tube should be fitted so that the hole is 14mm from the bottom, 12mm from the top.
Take care not to overtighten the outside terminal, or you risk breaking the small wire joining the terminal to the attie base. The wire comes up between the black Delrin base and the white silicon plug, and loops around the outer terminal stud, underneath the washer. When fitting a replacement coil, nip the screw up just enough to hold the resistance wire in place. It doesn't need to be very tight.

The first 6 have been posted (first class recorded), and the 5 heading to UK addresses should be with their new owners tomorrow.

Thanks to everyone for the prompt payment. The first 6 are now built. I'll fit the coils tomorrow morning, give them a quick test with pure PG, and get them in the post at lunchtime.

Bulli-size will be best for me, as that's what I'm currently using in my rebuildables.

Right, I've made all the parts for the first 6, and I'll be assembling them tonight. The other 4 should be done by the weekend.
I'll PM the first 6 people on the list now......
