...so I need a few ideas for something different to go for for a few days...any ideas?? Hanx in advance. If you liked Sprite or 7up, then I'd give Morning Dew from Health-e-Vape, or Snowdonia Dew from Celtic Vapours a try. Slightly citrusy & a little bit bitter in taste, but it might be enough of a change from RY4 from time to time. Nice throat hit from them too. That's on a 1.8ohm Boge carto at 4.2v on a Spinner. If you liked peppermint then I can recommend trying LT eCigs Peppermint, Celtic Vapours Peppermint, or Health-e-Vape's Peppermint Ice. Lt's Peppermint is a slightly milder taste than the other 2, and Health-e-Vape's is the freshest of the 3 with a bit of menthol thrown into the mix. For fruity flavours then Melon Magic from EcigWizard is nice after steeping, as is Dragon Juice from Health-e-Vape. Couldn't vape either of them all day though, even though I have a sweet tooth.

1&2 : I'd be surprised if steeping the liquids for at least 5-7 days didn't improve the flavour a bit at least. It has done here with pretty much every bottle I've bought. I left the cap off & took the driphead out too, and just put the cap back on every few days to give the bottle a shake. There's other methods listed here : www.thealchemistscupboard.co.uk/page/steepingP.S Remember to shake the bottle well too before you fill your cartos, clearo, tanks, etc... 3 : The carto should let some of the new juice soak through if you're using it in a tank. I've had some success with this, but you might get a slight aftertaste from some liquids that just wont shift. You could also try cleaning the cartos out by boiling them, blowing out the excess water, and then letting them dry out. Search on YouTube for videos. Btw, If you want a cheap way of testing liquids then I'd suggest grabbing one of these for just under £5 : www.ltecigs.larsentilbrook.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&path=60_123&product_id=678I just received one today & it's a little gem for the money. Looks easy to clean, and to recoil too as the posts have small philips screws. Seems to hold around 10-20 drops of juice, which is plenty for getting the taste of something.

Yeah I remember that from my Evods. I'll leave the peppermint until last.
I've got some wick & wire arriving anyway, so I could rewick it if push came to shove.

Aga-S Dripper from LT Ecigs Kanthal Mesh Wick 2 bottles of 50/50 to try (think the 70/30 I've been using is making me lethargic - my muscles get tired quicker playing sports now than when I was smoking!)

Thanks for the replies folks. One of the liquids is a strong peppermint so I'll try just swapping straight over and see what happens. If not, I'll wash it as suggested. Or set it on fire if I get bored

im new to this so what grade and about what size per wick im guessing by the videos I watched 45mm x 45mm burnt off and rolled but they don't say what grade to use. I think it depends on the pg / vg ratio in your liquid? 300 is meant to be better for thick, vg based liquids, and 400 / 500 for thinner, more pg based liquids.

Hey all, I have my first small dripper arriving from LT Ecigs arriving tomorrow, along with 2 new juices to test out. Can I just ignite the wick with a cig lighter to burn off the liquid when I want to switch between them? Or will it change over quickly enough itself because of the small wick?

i tried them by moving up/down a notch at a time until it tasted just right. That's the important bit. At the end of the day it doesn't matter what the voltage or resistance is, as long as it tastes right.

Thank you. So the lower the number ohm, the more watts generated, is that right? ( on a standard ego non vv battery ) To get the same taste on my spinner with a 2.4ohm I would need to turn it up.( because it generates less than a 1.8ohm? ) I just assumed that the lowest number (1.8ohm) would be the weakest. * (crosses fingers and hope I have understood )* dinamic22 we will learn even if I have to show how little knowledge I have about all this. "So the lower the number ohm, the more watts generated, is that right? ( on a standard ego non vv battery )" Yep. Lower ohms = more watts. There's a great explanation by OneDay in the stickied thread here : allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/thread/8815/eureka-volts-ohms-watts-101?page=1&scrollTo=204167Plus a chart that shows you the ohm / voltage / watts relationship "To get the same taste on my spinner with a 2.4ohm I would need to turn it up.( because it generates less than a 1.8ohm? )" Yes. The 2.4ohm head has a higher resistance, so it needs more voltage to get to the same heat as the 1.8ohm head. "I just assumed that the lowest number (1.8ohm) would be the weakest" It's the opposite

Thank you I can't pretend I understand it all. But hopefully I will do one day It's all about how hot the coil gets that's vapourising the e-liquid. Thats is how I've understood it so far anyway.Your 1.8ohm atomizer heads, on a standard non vv eGo battery, will generate an output of around 7.6watts. A 2.4ohm atomizer head on a standard non vv eGo battery would generate an output of around 5.7watts, so your e-liquid wouldn't taste quite the same. So, to get the same taste from a 2.4ohm atomizer head, you would need around 4.3volts on a vv battery to get the coil to the same temperature as the 1.8ohm atomizer head@3.7volts. Hope that makes sense.

Just when I think I can stop spending All vaping shops should have a 'shinyitus bank account health warning' as well as their '18+ only' disclaimer

Roscopecotrain and I were conisdering the same question only a few hours ago at Vapefest. Surely it is when it is feeding a proper dripping atomizer that is comes into it's own. I'd think so, but it would be pretty weird for the heads to give a difference experience when compared to the atomizer. Need to wait on feedback from someone who's bought one to compare it to other clearos / tanks. There's a review over on UkVapers that shows the replacement heads as having dual coils, which I didn't realise from watching Todd's video.
