I keep looking at the website and there are a few things I would like to order but I can't bring myself to do it.
I see why Americans like the site with clear stock levels and 1 day despatch but we in the UK have to wait for up to a week for despatch.
One item I fancy is the Smpl mod which shows 50 in stock in the USA and shows in stock and 1-5 days for the rest of the world but in the description it says order before 4th despatch on 14th - no month is mentioned.
Another thing I don't understand is when the stock in USA runs out it is listed as out of stock in China as well.
So I just carry on using Fasttech with the free shipping.
It is a shame as I like the layout of the site and the photographs of the items are very well done.

According to that site my 2 Foggers from China are currently in Bosnia.

The other day I cleaned, dry burned and wicked 3 kayfun clones.

Next morning I filled one with juice and left it to stand for a few minutes before taking a vape.

Yuk!! no vapour and burnt metallic taste.

Took a primer pull and tried again - gurgly and juice pouring from air hole.



Drained and took it apart to check the wick - I hadn't put one in!



The other two were fine but I had missed one.

I ordered 3 kayfun clones from Focal in a group buy, one had a broken screw in the base. I emailed them and was asked to provide a photo or video of the problem. I did as requested and was offered a replacement base to be included free with my next order. I accepted and it was delivered with my 4nine.
This seems to be a perfectly acceptable way to offer support, I would much rather send a photo than have to return the item.
All in all I was pleased with the transaction. I will continue to buy from Focal Ecig.

I bought the Tobeco Russian from Vapor Break and it has a few problems - the fill screw dethreads after a few uses so I got a bag of spares.
The chimney doesn't seal to the top cap so it floods, currently have a silicon sleeve over the chimney top to prevent that.
It whistles.
Went to Desire Ecig to get their Russian but out of stock so I bought 2 of their kayfun lites instead. I am pleased with them.
There is no airflow control but for me the draw is just right and no whistling !
The screws are soft but easily and cheaply replaced. The threads on the main parts are a little crunchy but acceptable. The chimney seals really well.
I plan to buy 2 more of these.
I bought a nemesis from them at the same time to get over the 60 dollar threshold for free postage and that too is ok.
Best bit of the whole transaction - 11 days from ordering to unpacking

I know there is a language barrier but Fasttech need to learn the difference between "new arrivals" and "coming soon".
Everyday they put up new arrivals and they haven't arrived anywhere they are all due soon - hence the 5 or 10 days to ship.
I wanted to order 2 kayfun clones and a nemesis but wasn't prepared to pay now and wait for them to buy in stock.
I went to another seller and am gobsmacked, my parcel is at Heathrow 7 days after ordering. Shipped free via HK post.
Wonder if customs and Royal Mail will be as quick.
Sorry, I know this doesn't help you but it is worth noting that there are other vendors out there.
