rich64 thanks for that This is why after having the odd read on other forums I've not strayed from here. The dedication of members to help others out here is second to none.

charon hmm the lab coat sounds a good idea, I can bic my head grow a goatee and act like I'm Walter White, aka Heisenberg, I'm addicted to Breaking Bad if you didn't get the gist. 4 seasons in the last fortnight, I think Walter gave me the push to start mixing my own lol. Postie stalking this week now.

Perpetua thank you for cupcake world. If there flavourings are all good for our mixing purposes I can see myself getting a few to try from them. I'm wondering though if they are as concentrated as flavours designed for our purposes. If so they seem very good value. rich64 do you use alot of CCW's flavours with much success ? Jay

Thanks for the replies rich64 CCW's you'll need to enlighten me ? Failsafe you say, sounds like another word for idiot proof, sounds perfect to me. @jcol64 where would I find capella concentrates ? Perpetua i've got a couple of Tjuices heading my way ready mixed, afro diziac and something I forget lol. I might look into them in concentrate if they hit the spot. If any of the above is obvious my apologies its 7.23am I've been up 2 hours already and not enough cups of tea yet to lubricate the head cogs. Jay

Right I've finally pulled the trigger and ordered some PG nic base 72mg, some plain pg for adding menthol or sweetners too, I've got a few empty bottles in 10ml and 30ml I've got syringes 1ml and 10ml, going to pick up some VG and some protective gloves up from boots tomorrow. I'm not sure what else I need for basics I'm sure someone will tell me.
Now what brands of flavouring do people recommend ? I'm looking for value and quality if that combination exists. Not necessarily looking for existing flavour concentrates ie blackjack. i'm more looking for stand alone flavours individual fruits or sweets for me to combine myself. I may aswell throw myself straight in the deep end.
wish me luck, I'll need it.

bazzer343 I was wondering something along the same lines as I'm still to venture into mixing my own juices. I've sort of got it in my head to start my flavouring at 10% but if I want to mix two is it 5% + 5% that would make sense to me or 7+3% depending if you want one flavour to be more prominent for example. @oneday I'm not even a noob at mixing I've never attempted it so I am just rying to pick brains here. Bazzer is using flavouring that recommend upto 8%, you say use that amount of each flavour, making his liquid 16% flavouring. What happens for more complex recipes that can require say 5 flavours. I don't imagine may recipes would require that but would that mean using upto 8% of each flavouring making the liquid possibly 40% flavour concentrate ?

I'm still mulling over mixing my own juices. I'd be looking at making juices at around 70%pg 30%vg. Thats where my question comes in, I've seen AG for sale and as you probably know this is VG watered down usually 80/20% vg/water to approx the same viscosity as PG. Does anyone use this as opposed to regular 100%vg ? opinions and reasons appreciated. I just want to be really sure of what I'm doing if I do decide to take the plunge and appologise for asking what is probably a simple question where the answer is just personal preferance.

Phew I'm in the zombie apocolypse area thank goodness, it's been like that in my area for years mind you. It's no longer an offence to shoot the locals if you mistake them for a zombie, they're usually loitering on shop fronts and chippy doorways after dark. It's sort of just frowned upon with a "I'm not cleaning that up" from the council bloke now.

As we all know anybody with any sense visits this site before any others when coming online but whats the first board you look at for new posts ? For me it's usually the classifieds although I have only ever purchased one bottle of juice on there, I think it was Red Astaire though I forget from who. Then I probably go to general ecig discussion and after that I mix it up between shopping UK ROW and shopping China. Pointless question maybe but just wondering if I'm on my own in being nosey and seeing what people are selling and checking for a bargain before anything else.

I'm having a "breaking bad" session at the moment but really greatful for all the answers I'm getting. Once again this site proves itself the best vsping forum around Perpetua jordan I've visitted the sites you mention but never noticed a "ready to vape" section I'll be sure to pay more attention.

ginge7289 thank you for the royal vapor suggestion I've heard good things, for me thought they're a bit vg heavy.

Sassy we're going to get told to stock in advance lol. Like I said though, and like many other things, I bore of flavours quickly so that's not a good idea for me. The current girlfriend is doing rather well now I come to think of it lol.
