A quick update on the contacting Simon Burns MP.
I received a reply from him personally today at around 10am. A prompt response in anybodies books, although not anything that inspiring it has given me another route. Please see his reply below.
Thank you very much for your email of yesterday.
I think it would be quite ludicrous to limit the sale of electronic cigarettes.
As this is a matter for the European Parliament, over which I have no direct control, I think it would be more appropriate for you to contact your local MEP, Geoffrey van Orden. You can contact Mr van Orden by writing to him at 88 Rectory Lane, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1RF or emailing geoffrey.vanorden@europarl.europa.eu.
Unfortunately, I am unable to attend the gathering on the 11th January owing to a prior commitment, but was grateful to you for drawing it to my attention.
I hope this reply is helpful and thank you for taking the time to contact me.
Finally, may I take this opportunity to wish you a Happy Christmas.
Yours sincerely
The Rt. Hon. Simon Burns MP
I have since sent the same email to my local MEP and would suggest that we all do the same, it may well help.

The way I see it is: If an organisation is set up for the pro vaping community, it can only be of benefit to us vapers. I do not intend donating anything at present until I see some positive movement in fighting our cause. Embrace any movement that could help stop the bureaucrats enforcing restrictions on e-cigarettes.

Fantastic idea. It would also serve to educate people in a small way, even if only 1 pub in 10 take it up.

So there I was amongst the manic frenzied shoppers and thought sod it il give it a go ! Pulled out my 1300 vision spinner topped with a drip tip adapter and a multi coloured fancy casbah style drip tip ( a lovely sight to behold ! ) vaping nonchalantly round the store .. Up and down the escalater etc ! No one uttered a word although one old lady asked me what on earth that contraption !! She said my home made red smelled lovely Nice one jaysey. Well if there is not a sign up saying no vaping then........... Honestly, I hate stealth vaping, it makes me feel I am back at school behind the bike sheds. Or was that something else.....

A magnet is a magnet. I don't quite subscribe to the theory that the original magnets will perform better. I guess it depends what strength the magnets are. I can only assume that Atmomixani supply magnets fit for purpose and that they will replicate the dynamics of the spring, so you could stand the Nemesis up with an Atty on top without firing. But as you say, simply fit an extra magnet if required. Mmmm. A magnet is indeed a magnet, but it is like saying that all stainless steels are the same but unfortunately they are not. It may well be that I paid over the odds and got the same magnets, but I could be pretty certain that they would work in the Nemesis, so I was prepared to pay that price.

I bought the magnet upgrade from Vapist, not sure if they are the same as the ones you got from ebay, but they are a good upgrade, much smoother button throw and no firing when stood upright, even in 18650 mode with a Kayfun 3.1. I guess the magnets in your link Fockskey will be original Atmomixani parts so will perform better, so you get what you pay for. I have no idea if the magnets are original or if they are the same as the ones that you can get from ebay. All I know is that they work in all configurations with the heaviest atty that I have, and in 18650 mode the button does not fire when stood up. I got the from Vapist because I knew they would just work. Someone on here is bound to do a side by side test eventually, and may well save people some money..

- just possibly a pleasant aroma which could be attributed to various other activities Yes, when the cleaning "operative" comes in, just say you made a cup-a-custard. And then boiled it in the kettle to infuse......

I have just written a very concise, but very much to the point email to Simon Burns, the member of parliament for Chelmsford. Hopefully I will get a reply from him, or at least another email he will receive regarding our plight to gather thought.
If any people on here are close to or live in Chelmsford, please support on the 11th Jan in this fight for the right to vape.

You would not be disappointing with the Nemesis. I have a Kafalan that I got from Vapist. I also got the magnet from there and they work superbly, £8 and a good upgrade to the springs.

You could cut down a drill at the shaft, (the shaft is softer) that is the same diameter as the pin. If you use one of those cheap drills it will cut with a hacksaw. Let me know if you need the diameter of the pin and I will measure it.
