I fly each month for work and haven't had any problems anywhere. Keep your batteries in your hand luggage. Juice goes in clear bags the same as any other liquid these days. Your clears might leak a bit if they are full but they can go in the bag with your juice.

I wouldn't give up on drippers just yet. There are some poor ones and others that are really good. My first was an Igo something or other and I hated it. Fiddly to build, too much faff constantly feeding it and i never really got it to work well. Then I bought a Helios clone and it was miles better. Much easier to build, holds a bit more juice and the flavour is a lot better. Then I got an Origen v2 which is just awesome. Its still a bit fiddly to build as it needs vertical coils but it holds just over 1ml of juice and gives excellent flavour. I currently have it dual coiled with twisted kanthal and it vapes like a champ.
Don't give up on dripping just yet, it might be that you just haven't found the dripper for you.

I really think its down to your own personal taste. Ive not tried rayon yet but have used silica cotton and mesh in different atomisers. For my own taste I find creamy rich flavours are much better with silica, they are fuller somehow. I tried to get on with cotton for a while but its really not for me. No idea why but I find the flavour is more muted. It could be my bad coils to blame but its not for me. I like mesh for fruit flavours. A nice green apple or strawberry in a genesis atomiser is great.
At the end of the day its all about what works for you whether its mesh, silica, rayon, cotton or whatever comes next.

Tried some mr b's strawberry jam 6mg that I got from vapefest ..nearly brought up a lung!! Lol then made MASSIVE mistake of dripping my homebrewed vampire vape blackjack 18 mg..only just come down off the ceiling.. The coils are both 0.4.. Is that 0.4 ohms each or 0.4 ohms combined? Dual coils half your resistance so 2 coils each reading 0.4 ohms gives you resistance of 0.2 ohms. Thats really a bit too low and you should recoil with either more turns or bigger coils. Even with a good quality 30 amp battery in perfect condition you will be pushing it to its limit at that. 0.4 will be ok if your Sony battery is one of the green 30 amp VTC batteries but its too low for most batteries. It will produce a fairly intense hot vapour which some people really enjoy, but most people coil for something between 0.7 and 1.5 ohms. Its cooler, the vapour is less dense and your throat won't be ripped out by your 18mg juice.

I swap mine when they are about 3.6 to 3.7. I wasn't sure how ow to let them go so I measured the voltage on a vamo when the vape quality dropped off to find the voltage. Anything lower than that and its not a good vape at all. What you are doing sounds right to me, just change when it starts to drop off a bit and lose a bit of vapour production and flavour. If you are worried about it you could use a kick if you have a tube that it will fit inside.

Ecigs will become collectors items if at all , what Ecig / Mod do you think would / will become a collectors item . Not sure if they are out there yet but Pedro is doing a very limited run of solid silver Caravellas. There was a full list on his website a few months ago and lots of people wanting on it incase anyone dropped out. I think they are about 2000 squids a pop so cheap at half price

The thread that the inner 510 connection is connected to is what Provari are calling the P3 connection , which Phil said would be good for a hybrid , and a big step up in thread capability if their torque is believed and there is no reason why it shouldn't.
To many devices suffer from thread failure and a change from the 510 to something stronger can only be a good thing.
Andy
Just how tight does an atomiser need to be fixed on? Ive never had a single 510 connector that wasn't strong enough. As far as I can tell most problems are with people over tightening or from poor quality cheap mods that maybe aren't using the best materials for the job. The P3 connection as far as I understand it is supposed to be for hybrid setups and its just throwing more confusion into play. What would be wrong with Provape going with 20x1 threading the same as many other manufacturers are doing? As far as the mod goes, its a Provari and people will buy it just for that reason. It will no doubt be a high quality mod but in my opinion overpriced for what it is. I'll just stick to my overpriced mechs thanks.

I have an iRig and I've pretty much stopped using my amp! It hooks up to my iPad, and works great with garage band or any of the amp apps on there. Get yourself an iPad pro. It really is a worthwhile upgrade. Has a noise filter built in so you get a much cleaner signal

If you have an iPhone get yourself an irig from ikmutimedia and you have yourself a pocket sized amp. Plug it into your iPhone and plug your guitar into your irig. Then get headphones on and your all set

Nice guitar, you'll get a lot of enjoyment from that. I really wouldn't bother with an amp just yet. Have a look at ikmultimedia.com They make interfaces to connect your guitar to your PC, iPad or mac. That way all you need is your guitar, headphones and a computer and you are sorted.

I read this thread this afternoon whir supposed to be working and now twisted coils has to go on the list of gaping things I thought I would never do but have anded up doing anyway. I got some 0.25mm kanthal, put the ends in a vice and started twisting it with a screwdriver. It didn't take long to do and I now have about 4 feet done. 5 wraps dual coil in my Origen dripper came out at about 0.35ohms, wicked it and soaked with Tripphammer fizzy trifle. Then I tried it and wow. Much hotter vape than Im used to, seriously vast amount of vapour and so much flavour that I think I have killed my taste buds. I am beginning to think 18mg isn't such a good idea for this build, once I get my throat back I'll think about ordering some lower nic juice if Im going to make a habit of doing this. Its a seriously nice build but uses huge amounts of liquid and will kick your throat right out the back of your neck. Fun though

makes no difference. I have a cube 14500 that works much better with the battery upside down. And it has a spring so I can't see why that might be an issue either normally the battery spring is about 8mm at its end and a nipple battery is about 5mm so a nipple battery would not touch the spring so would not work as it would have no contact that was why I said don't do it in a mod with a spring Ah right. I understand now, I thought you meant there was some electrical reason that I wasn't understanding

To be honest I would avoid all of them. Ibanez make some really nice guitars but for that price you will get far more for your money if you went for a second hand Ibanez RG or an Ibanez S. Go to a good music shop and ask about second hand gear. If its a decent shop they should have replaced the strings, set the action and intonation and done any neck adjustments that it might need before they sell it to you. There really are some nice second hand guitars available for around that price that would be much better to learn with.
