I have headaches , eye aches , itching skin on my face , one of my teeth has snapped in half , and my enamel feels tingly.

I have also developed some lumps on my body.

Pretty sure that its the vape juice , and I'm gonna have to quit as from now.

Had a analogue , and it tasted good - with no side effects.
I'm only on 5/6 a day (more on a night out) , and that suits me fine - this vape stuff is too dangerous !!!

Well the discolouration due to rollups was prettty bad , so I figure vaping can't be any worse than rollups.

The point is what causes the 'yellowing' ?
Is it the nicotine , if so then your statements would be consistent.

Only been vaping 2 weeks as well - so I can't tell the impact yet - still need to get my teeth whitenened at dentist from the smoking !

Realised that I was trying to fill it from the wrong way round.
Instead of taking off the tip and filling it there , i was filling from the battery end.
Only been (NOT) vaping for a week , and realise that actually I have gone Cold Turkey for a week.
Saw Rog today , I told him had a rollup last light cause i was so desperate - lol - didn't taste that good - ut tonight filled up vaper properly with Apple and Pear liquid - tasted great - realised as well that was optimistic with 10mg - will upgrade to 20mg me thinks

Going alot better now. I realised I had been slanting my Echo the wrong way round when I was storing it. Now that I sloped it the other way , I haven't had to refill since Sunday !!!
The incorrect slope must have pushed liquid in wrong direction , hence not given much vape !
Also , I was trying to smoke it like a cigarette , so have adjusted my pull abit.
Still haven't had to recharge a battery yet - missing real ciggies a teeny bit , but will perserve !

Just bought an Echo (1st vape device !)

I put 50 drops into my new Echo.
Vaped great.
Then didn't pull so well , so added 3 drops - it was then full - and vaped OK
Later that day - not much vapour , so refilled 3 drops - FULL again - and vaped great .

So what's happening here - I can only fill my 3 drops , then have to refill - what happened to the first 50 drops ? Does it just serve as a conduit - seems to be alot of wasted liquid if this is the case.

More likely I'm making a silly mistake !!!

Please help me !!! (Jason - any tips?)

Taking Jason's advice , and may well go for an Echo.

What mg Nicotine should I go for ?
I normally smoke about 5 rollups a day - so do I go for 10mg ?
