I have two Maxi tanks and one Mini.
Today I finished off using one of the 5ml tanks, washed it out and cleaned it, and found that the 510 pin seemed a bit stiff, so gently eased it in and out, and then popped it out of the base to give it a better clean. The tip of the pin was a bit black and gungy so wiped off some of the muck and then popped it back into the base and re-fitted the coil. Now when I mount it on any mod, the resistance cannot be read.
What the heck have I fluffed up ? Any advice appreciated. Not a major disaster as I have another 5ml tank plus of course the Mini tank, but just a bit annoying for one base to go u/s on me.
Some time back I popped out the pin (I don't know if it was this one or the other one), dropped it, and eventually found it again and popped it back in to the base and all was well, this time it seems I have brokted it...bah humbug.

Yep, I use the mains charger (with Myepack logo), and an Innokin USB cable for charging all my re-chargeable mods now. I am rough guessing the time it takes to charge the Coolfire IV, depending on if it was really flat, or just turned red. I just plug it in and some hours later it's done. Sorry I can't be more specific.

I think for me it's about 3-4 hours.....something in that region. I always turn it right off with the bottom switch, but I doubt that makes any difference.

Pretty darn good it seems. It arrived from Edge 11:10 hrs Tues (fully charged), and died on me this morning at about 10:15 hrs, and in use using a sub ohm tank pretty constantly over that time. Quite a good charge span I reckon. Oh, and my first change took about 5 hours, I must try to test my MVP3 Pro, and see if that is similar. That's it..........

Too true mate. but finding that giving up totally the 2nd time around is a damn sight harder than the first time. Still, the odd ciggie here and there is as you say, much better than the 20 or so a day I used to get through.

I am still experimenting. Sometimes what tastes nice in my Nautilusesses, does not always taste quite the same in a sub ohm tank. My reasoning was that a 70/30 VG/PG mix would suit a sub ohm tank, but I am not quite so sure about that. Mind you, my taste buds seems to be a bit shot these days anyway.

Good post, as I think I have heard that too. I like to try and have coils that will fit various other tanks, which to me sort of cuts down costs. That's my idea anyway.

The things is, my little devil nags me to buy a packet of ciggies, and I toddle off to buy them, and once I have them the urge to smoke them straight away fades, so it can be an hour or so before I actually light one up. Weird.

I am such a baaadd person....*sigh* Not really baron . . . . habits of a lifetime don't always change overnight, in a week/month/year for many of us. 2-3 ciggies a day are neither here nor there in the scheme of smoking - congratulate yourself on the ones you don't smoke. Thanks I hadn't thought about it that way.....you have made me feel a bit better, and so I am going to untie myself from the chains in my dungeon, and switch off the flogging machine. Time for a nice custardy vape methinks.

So do I letsavit, as there is a little man on my shoulder whispering in my ear "Go on, go on, go on, you know you want a ciggie, and I won't tell anyone"...even though it knows I do but don't enjoy one, as it is just plain habit. I am trying to kick the habit of 2-3 ciggies a day, which is why I have been throwing money at new mods and tanks over the last month, hoping the drain on my money doing that won't leave me enough to go and buy a packet of cig's/packet of baccy..........but I always seem to find a way. I am such a baaadd person....*sigh*

How long you been back vaping since your relapse. Your lungs need to get use to masses of PG,VG etc. again. Let your body adjust some more before lung inhaling maybe? Just overweek now ,,, was heavily back on roll up's for a year and a half... yeah im trying to fly before i can walk i assume.... only just managed to inhale on a ego battery last week You're not supposed inhale the battery as well mate.

6mg at 50/50 VG/PG - various brands, Drip Drop, Virtual Vape, Simply E-Liquid, Raw Vapes, and a few others.
3mg at 70/30 VG/PG - this is the level that I am buying from (my local) Isle of Custards.

Right, I decided it would be downright rude not to try out your advice, since you have taken the time and effort to post it. drunkenbum - 50W still too harsh for me, not too hot though, but the inhale tended to rip the back of my throat out, like the higher wattages. It may just be the custard juice I am using, as they seem to behave differently using different tanks/coils. 25.5W ah tedster, that is much more comfortable, but it is early days and am giving the coil more time to soak nicely, and may have to try out a different juice, but it is definitely encouraging, thanks. But, I still think that I won't be investing in .3 ohm coils though, and perhaps just stick to the .5's...................and maybe not.
