I agree. I find his results strange, in that even half discharged I've only ever seen a maximum 0.04V difference between the 3 batteries. 0.01V after completely charging.
Not saying he's wrong - could be a mismatch between his batteries. I'll run a longer test, see what happens over a dozen cycles. But as I stated, if the batteries go too far out of balance the board won't attempt to charge them.

The rx200 does do balanced charging. Also it'll refuse to charge if the batteries do go out of balance for some reason when in use. I only do this once a day so I'm not 100% on the long term, but it should be okay for a short period. It is slow though.
Mine's never taken more than 1amp even from completely drained. Never use an iPhone charger.

The HB6 was considered originally. But there was a problem with the internal resistance. In a nutshell, when a fresh HB6 was given a 30Amp load the terminal voltage would drop to 3.4Volts within seconds. The IR in this case put it in the same realm as the HE2/4, making it totally unsuitable for regulated mods when fully loaded @30amps. The HB6, imho, should be considered a 20Amp cell, certainly no more than 25Amps (safely). At 20Amps there are a lot of better choices. This has to go. My journey from tobacco to fresh air is complete and I don't need it any more. Slight ding on a bottom corner and the usual attie mark but nothing extreme. Comes with a usb charging lead and a Samsung 25R (good for 50Watts).If you need photos they'll come later, but they wont be very good lol£22 PP F&F for First class signed for.Withdrawn. If you're using the NR-R-NR coils then trimming the legs will make no real difference to the overall resistance. Also with NR-R-NR best to wind a little bit more just so you don't have any heated wire in mid-air not doing nothing other than waste power.
