just made up 100 ml Jungle juice 50 ml of blue hawaii 100 ml of my mix strawberry fields basically strawberry and pineapple with a tiny bit of coconut. just about to make igual raspberry snapps |

Never in a million years did I ever think I would give up smoking nor did my family and friends but here I am 1 year later, still can't believe it's been a year with out the stinkies, can't say that I haven't wanted one at times I have but I have not submitted, even now part of me would like to try one to see what effect it would have. But I'm not going to
I have gone from 24 mg down to 6 mg in the past year, slowly reducing that if I can,
But still can't quite get my head around it's been a year today since I gave up, 365 days,

Every time I tried to coil mine using ft coils it would short after put the chimney on, was all fine before that nearly threw it out of window but the lovely Tom has come to my rescue and it's in the post to him to try and coil it without it shorting for me, I am ever so grateful to him for doing this for me, Think will stick to smok tanks or the kanger plus tank in future, although going to practice making coils next month rather than relying on fast tech ones or other places, |

Jungle juice made from concentrate chefs vapour 20/80 made 30 ml up nearly finished it waiting for more concentrate to arrive can make 20 ml of it up still though

I'm sure the wasps are mutant this year they are huge sprayed one that got in my craft room today with half a can of wasp spray and I'm sure I heard it laugh at me didn't harm it half hour later flew out the window

Drink more water, both pg and vg are humectants that attract water so they will dry you out, IMO I don't anything you add to a mix will stop drying your mouth out, just drink more.
I make myself up a litre of squash Ribera is my current favourite and I make urge I drink that during the day along with my normal coffee, teas, and squash I would regularly drink,

I'm still new to mixing myself but wouldn't it be better to stick to all mls rather than drops to get a more accurate mix and percentage.
Drops are not that accurate as the dropper tip varies,

We have had lots of new strange cats recently, happens every few years when the American airbase changes staff, I think because we have 5 cats they seem to congregate hear, her sister used to be the one that suffered with cystitis few days of loxicam used to put her right, but she might need a shot of antibiotics best cat for taking meds ever just have to put them on a plate and she eats them, I also have one of the worst for taking meds he goes running screaming for the hills lol,
But thank you for your replies think she needs a trip back to vets sooner rather than later, think hubby just goes along with vet rather than pushing it or telling it fully how it is
I am wondering if she does have the start of dementia she often has a vacant look in her eyes and seems to not know you have re scented her food
