I cant really say for the premades, but I smoked about 3/4 oz of rolling baccy a day and found that I was using about 1.5-2.5ml a day. At the price I pay for juice this works out at about £3 a week. This was 18ml/mg juice by the way. This was using mini protank 2s and evod batteries. If you want to use a mod or dual coil tanks, you can expect to use more juice. With a dual coil on an evod about 3 ml a day seems reasonable. As for mods or VV batteries you can easily use 5-6ml a day.

To put your mind as ease, just use what you need. Even if you end up using more nicotine to begin with, it will still be bettwe for your health.

ok, time to admit defeat. Had top cap of the vamo, still cant see any issues. Electrical connections seem ok, but still getting inconsistent resistance readings and sometimes check atomiser message. I surrender!! Now got 1.2 ohm coil reading 1.9 ohms, better than it was but still aaarrgh!

Just a simple check...does the button feel sticky? Perhaps some juice or other liquid got in around the button and is making it physically jam. HAve you tried cleaning the button with some alcohol?

It takes trial and error to find the optimum capillary action in wicks. The amount absorbed into walls of microscopic channels(i'e the material used) will affect the speed of liquid movement, as will the temperature differential (coil and power)along the wick. In theory, wicks will tend to pull from cool to hot, so finding the right balance of wicking, coiling and power will all effect how much liquid is available near the coil.

PinkyPuff managed to trash a MVP2 and a vamo v5 in under a fortnight.  MVP sorted, but vamo still goosed.

Hope the PC aint next on her hitlist.

How easy or hard do you want it? Single or dual coil? Self made or prebuilt coils? NR legs or single wire coils?
Believe it or not, dual coiling these heads is really simple once you get the hang of it. When I first began I had a success rate of about 95%, the occasional short due to lower coil being out of sight, but now almost all my dual coils are constant 1.3 ohms and smoother than maggie simpsons butt. I'll post a guide 2morrow if you like (too late, and beer imbalanced atm)
