I'm all too familiar with the snotball syndrome chykensa. Been hit by every cold and flu around when I smoked. But now my immune system seems to shrug off the kiddie bugs with no problem. As far as fitness and activity goes, wear a pedometer for a day teaching and you'll be in for a shock, especially if you are a hands on practical teacher like myself. I cover over 20km a day at work, perhaps because I never sit and always circulate among the minions, sorry, pupils.

Steeping=planning. Buy juice a month before you need them and you are sorted. This is where mass produced juice such as Dekang comes in handy. Find your vapes, stock up on the mass produced stuff and vape your good juices 3-4 weeks later. Plan it out and always stay 30ml or so ahead of the game and steeping becomes irrelevant.
It's hard while you find your vape, or make your own, but once yo settle on a range of flavours, bought or self made, you can just plan ahead and buy/mix a few weeks before you need.
As for steeping, I normally remove cap and squeeze air out every 2-3days, give a good shake and leave in a cool dark place. Every juice has a different time requirement to steep properly so there are no rules set in stone.

I gotta admit that most flavours I vaped have a saviour. Mr Maple syrup. It's turned many a sink magnet juice into a passable vape, and mixed with (sorry for mentioning a brand that many give a lot of bad press to) Dekang Hill blend, it has formed my all day vape. Joose Juice maple syrup has got to be the mutts nuts in mixing juices.
And to add to my Dekang shame, their Red cola is nomnomnomnomnom..... But in the end, nothing beats a banana rum.
With the three I never get bored.

Wow, yes. Now I'm off the stinkies I can work all day in a workshop with 20 kids at a time and still have the energy to get shouted at once I get home....god bless family life!. Seriously, yes, feeling so much better after getting the stinkies kicked into the past. Breathe better, sleep better, have more energy and generally feel much healthier and fitter than I have in years.

Either of the starter kits would do you fine, but may as well spend the extra couple of quid on the glass kit, as some juices can crack the plastic used in tanks like the EVOD 2. These kits generally come with two batteries and two tanks. This allows you to have one battery charging while using the other. Anyway, one battery should last you at least a shift at work. Mine lasted for about 8-10 hours when I used them. The tanks will hold enough to keep you vaping for a while. You'll probably use about 2 tanks a day, but this varies from person to person depending how much you vape. As for suppliers, try myepack , probably the best price you'll get on the kits you mentioned. You can get cheap juice from mr e-cig , but most people prefer the juices from Joose Juice. You can buy 10ml samples here for £1.50, and I believe they still do buy bogof on the 30ml bottles. Also check out smoke rainbow who sell 1ml samples from various manufacturers for 50-70p each. A good way to try lots of flavours and manufacturers without buying large bottles you may not like. Good luck and happy vaping.

Going to have to support Derby in England now. Just realised my former pupil Johnny Russell is playing for them. Hope they manage to get promoted!! Gogo Johnny!

Although they barely count as e-cig vendors(they sell VG) I felt I had to post this. Went into Boots today with PinkyPuff for some odds and ends (pricey shampoo/conditioner for her) and the guy serving her was brilliant. As well as great and friendly service, he noticed she wasn't UK native, and took the time to have a conversation with her in Russian (pinkypuff was born in Russia). This kind of service is what makes a business great. Thank you boots, and more importantly, thank you John from the Airdrie store. Your kindness, patience and consideration for customers is greatly appreciated. People working in shops could learn a lot from you, and those like you.

Best to avoid the legal battleground of the "these vendors are bad" sections or threads. The best thing to do is perhaps use the vendor reviews section we have and report any good/bad experiences. We need to be helping each other with this, and highlighting the vendors we can and cannot trust. There are a core group of 6 vendors in the UK I use and have never had issues with, and any other vendor I use is purely down to feedback on these forums. Tell us all who treats you well, and who the p!$$ artists are. Express our own views, and not those of the forum, and as long as honest accounts are given noone need fear legal recourse.
Kudos to the mods for checking vendors for regs compliance.

++ for the tapatalk app. IT just feels better than proboards to me. It also works on a wider range of hardware, and supports the other forums I frequent (teaching and IT ones)
