The Innokin Aries is similar to, but, IMO, much better than the Siren, a great MTL tank but with better filling, wicking and air flow, stu1873 . chykensa - The Eleaf Invoke 220W TC VW APV Box Mod is my favourite at the moment - 18650 dual battery but smaller and lighter than many single battery mods - see here. I did not beleive how small it is until I got it. I dont usually go above 30watt so it lasts more than all day for me. Have not yet tried the temp control but I usually find e-leaf temp control with SS OK, not really my thing, though.

Seem to be in a minority here. Tony claimed to have had a contract with Voopoo, it seems he made that up. If you get a quote for a product it is not normal to expect the price to be the same two months later. Vandy Vape started taking orders before they had the chips... perhaps they needed the cash from advance sales to pay for the chips. But in any case, takng vapers money before you have a product is dodgy practice. Apparently they haven't told vendors yet, to stop taking pre-orders. If anyone should be taken to court it's not Voopoo. Especially in the chip market, I'm told the price of memory goes up and down by wide margins very frequently, and you can actually see this when you are buying computer products. If they have not told vendors and have taken pre-orders, well, that is just not on.

Have been tweaking this for several months with mixed results. Been using latest mix for a few days now and I'm very happy with it as a coffee mix, the vanilla and caramel come through a little, but not too much, and the coffee concentrates play really well together. Yay - a coffee I can live with at last! 3.00% Bavarian Cream (The Flavour Apprentice) 3.00% Cup of Joe (Capella) 3.00% Vanilla Swirl (The Flavour Apprentice) 1.50% FA Cappuccino (Flavour Arts) 1.25% Ethyl Maltol 1.25% Sweet Cream (Capella) 1.00% Tiramasu (Flavour Arts) 0.75% Espresso (Flavour Arts) 0.50% Caramel Cappucino (The Flavour Apprentice) I've given it a longish steep time - around 5 weeks.

Afternoon all, Apologies for the "National Enquirer" headline.... My favourite mod is my DNA Lavabox which I use everyday. Light, enough power for me, smooth vape etc etc. Started having problems with it a few days ago - I put a newly charged 18650 and it just runs down in a couple of hours (used or unused...) I thought it might be the batteries (a few of mine are ageing a bit) but the same battery used in a Pico lasts much longer. Apologies if this is an "ABC" question, but any ideas why the mod would be swallowing up battery so quickly? Always vape at 45w and under....always use a Cleito....I use the Lavabox in rotation with 3 other mods so it isn't being caned all day. It alnost seems like the battery is quickly discharging when the mod isn't being used....Any help, very much appreciated Just a thought, ghostrider: If you have a multimeter or one of these chargers you could test that theory by leaving the battery in the mod and just testing it for discharge every couple of hours. The usb charger comes highly recommended by the way!

Thanks for this, striker42, interesting. If what he says is true - not a very bright move to give them the 15% rise in the first place - sounds like they were unwise enough to base a decision to expend a lot of development time and money on a verbal agreement (which are not worth the paper they are written on....). Seems odd to me but maybe not having contracts is how they do it the vape industry. Hard, I know, but while trust is important in business, blind faith without a plan B is a good way of getting burnt fingers! I find Voopoos claims of plagarism highly suspect!

beedee - Hope you enjoy it Agree on the postage front - compulsory signed for post is also a PITA when working....but I guess due to the number of orders they have had "go missing" they are covering themselves. WOW Fruity is another one that people rave on about from BCL - wasn't convinced myself - not enough zing Odd pricing policy as well - everything at 1.70 including FW, PA and Capella. I found the site a pain to navigate, too! I ended up getting BCL Karma Cream, Dewmint and Espresso Dark as well.

beedee - It is a very dark liquid... I've been through a couple of "fat boy" tanks and it is holding up well so far. Would heartily recommend this one Excellent news ghostrider1971. Will choose a few other none Tobacco concentrates from there to get some value from the postage they charge!

Sounds like a must for me, ghostrider1971. However, is it a coil gunker? The best coffee I ever tasted was CCW ( or maybe Classikool) - but useless to me as it only lasted half a tank before making the coil so gunked up it tasted awful. Please tell me it’s not, then it’ll be in da basket...

It's horrible . . . . rough as old boots, I could have told you that beedee . Curiosity satisfied though?! Oh yes Perpetua.. but I’m now curious about how on earth this was ever put into production... There must be someone out there who likes it!

I was warned, but it was cheap in a sale so I bought it and tried it. OK, this is just my opinion and we all have different tastes but... I found it not just bad, but awful, horrific. If Dr Who were ever menaced by a concentrate this would be it. It is monstrous. It is a threat to world peace. We urgently need to find whoever developed it and lock them up, but not before I've sued them for traumatising me, because now I lie awake at night worrying that it will come back up the drainpipe and get me while I sleep. I will probably have to get therapy and join a survivors group to get over it. It tastes to me of really strong, really rotten onions, with subtle hints of nameless awfulness and an aftertaste that stays with you.... I bet now someone will tell me it's their ADV!

I may have been known to circumvent this problem at my local Superdrug by answering "it's for making handcream"! Just as well no-one has ever asked me for the recipe, or I would be blithering for Britain! Here we go, chykensa: 1 Tablespoon Sweet Almond oil 1 Teaspoon Beeswax 1 Teaspoon Vitamin E 1 Teaspoon Glycerin 1 Teaspoon Aloe Vera Gel 20 - 40 drops Essential oils (depending on how strong you'd like the scent) I never leave home without it

Just want to have a bit of a rave about a new piece of kit - the Youde UD Sifu B-Tab 3-in-1 Functional 70W APV Box Mod. I love this as a building base/OHM tester. I had a coilmaster, which was fine, but the plastic build did not last, it started to give bad readings then died altogether after about 8 months of use. The coilmaster was unregulated - with this you can strum and pinch test coils in wattage mode (good for gently heating SS builds), with the bonus that the battery lasts much longer. It has a neat reversible back cover which has a none slip coating on one side - this makes it, in spite of it's small size, a very stable building base. The ability to test OHMs with the leads is great for finding out what OHM pre-made coils that come with attys are without having to install them or mess with a meter. On top of all this you could use it as a perfectly acceptable mod as it has a 510 on the top. Time will tell but it seems much more robust than the other options, in that it is all metal. I know some people will pooh pooh a building deck that fires coils as not needed - but I find them really convenient. I got it here, though it was on offer so was a little cheaper than it is now, but even @ £36 I think it is a decent buy, especially given it's dual use (and the fact that coilmasters seem to go for £40 plus).

I just got a Beserker yesterday, ghostrider1971 , it's OK, a little tight on the draw at maximum even for my tastes, but flavour is good. It is not a patch on the Innokin Aries - which is my favourite tank at the moment, perfectly easy and problem free top refilling (no dismantling required), genuineley progressive air flow control, dead easy to coil and wick, and comes with fantastic accessories including spaced and contact coil winding jigs, no less than 10 decent 1ohm coils and decent cotton. It has a choice of 2 drip tips, one shaped and one not (the B comes with two but they are just made out of different materials) No leaking and have had it for about 2 weeks.
