Thanks Perpetua and jtc. It seems the WS 23 is a great alternative - a fact sheet on the chemical is Here. You can also get it in crystal form, HereLooks like 20gm of the crystals would make 100gm of liquid, so that's good value! I wonder if polar blast is made of the same stuff.

I like that slightly chilled taste you get in some juices (notably for me FA Lemon Iced Tea and H2OMG). I tried reproducing it with TFA Koolada (which I believe is Menthyl methyl lactate @ 10% solution), first at 2% (ugh!), then 1% then .5% and finaly .25%- all too strong for me. I was giving up on it before adding 50% PG to it (ie making it into a 5% solution), and am now finding it pretty good at .25%, I have it in a Root Beer and it really enhances the flavour. I know some swear by menthol but I want the cooling without the flavour, does anyone else go for Koolada, and are some of the other makes of cooler made from a different chemical?

The reviewer can't remember how to inhale mouth to lung - he just simply can't, bless him. Question is, why would you want one of these if you have a subtank? I know, bless... also, he's a bit....wooden. For me this is different to the subtank because it's not reliant on just O Rings to keep the juice in. There is not a sign, (yet - 3 tankfulls later) of even condensation leakage from the airflow, and the top fill is a plus (have not got the later top fill subtanks). But the biggest plus for me is the RBA, I think. Also, I like trying new tanks!

beedee the subtank mini rba base can be used in the protank 4, I've fitted them in my three and they work perfectly. Excellent news, prr. More choices I take it that, since you have 3 - you are already a fan!

Nice one Perpetua . Or maybe not since I'm trying to resist temptation at the moment (no need to point out that I'm in the wrong place to actually avoid temptation!)

What percentage do you use please? 20% for me I may be in the market for a good toffee at some point - has anyone got a nice cheap supplier?

Looks quite a nice set up. Pity theres only an option for dual coils with the RBA tho? And finally just an observation, why bother with a child lock to fill when you can just unscrew the bottom. Yes, I'm a big single coil fan too - though I've yet to find out if any of the other single Kanger Coil RBAs work in it. The dual RBA is suprisingly good though - in fact, I think its a bit of a design masterpiece, this method of getting the juice to flow from below the deck rather than at the sides seems to work incredibly well for me - it's a bit similar to the armomamiser system. The child lock is simply a thread which you unscrew before you can pull the top of the tank up to reveal the filling hole. If said child is incapable of unscrewing anything then there we go.... It is, though, quite handy, as it means you can pick up the tank from the top without also pulling up the fill hole section by accident. The child lock label is a gimmicky marketing ploy too far, methinks....

Number one suggestion, don't be tempted by the Cupcake World coconut, it ranks at the top of my worst ever concentrates ! I've used the Liquid Barn Coconut Milk. In a tester @ 4% it was plenty strong (so it's good VFM), and tasted to me like that coconut crème you get in blocks at the supermarket - very nice and a quite authentic unsweetened coconut flavour, but a bit on the creamy side. Have not tried in any mixed recipes yet.

Could not find any reviews of this on the forum, though it's mentioned a few times. I just received it and I think it's a great tank, so thought I'd post this video review as it also shows those less experienced how to wick the RBA deck. I've only tried the pre-coiled RBA in it (I generally don't do stock coils), and the vape is really good with (so far) a great top fill and no leaking whatsoever. Slight warning, though, the RBA reduces the tank capacity to around 4ml. The Clapton coils installed in the RBA, though great for flavour, do use up juice (and wattage!) quickly. I bought it for a carry around and will be experimenting with other builds that may be more economical. Also, its on sale here link , for about £13.50 inc delivery, they have the silver version too.

Both for me, mostly MTL, and I mostly sub-ohm, it peeves me plenty that more and more attys have really wide driptips, I like a bit of resistance in the draw.... 🙂 So I take it you can MTL on sub ohm tanks? - Noob question I know I'd say you could, if you want, MTL on any atty, but some don't suit it as well as others. If there's a good airflow adjuster then you can dial it right down and get the draw as tight, or as airy, as you like. I don't have any problem on any of mine, and the collection includes single, dual, triple and quadruple coils ranging mostly from 0.2 - 0.8 ohms (though I sometimes go a bit lower or higher). I do end up buying lots of drip tips, though, because very wide ones for me, invite direct lung inhales.
