I get ulcers all the time from putting plastic in my mouth (been like it since I was a kid chewing pen tops, something I still do now lol) some people get it from metal some get it from other things but I get it far more often when i'm run down or stressed, things that "fix " the problem tend to be vitamins and sunlight and bonjella gel helps to get rid of the annoying pain they cause, as does gargalling tcp mouth wash.
its always best to see a GP though and they can do blood tests ( see if you have allergens or something in the blood) that can then lead on to testing at the hospital.

Really in a bad mood today got woke up this morning with the sound of a bang. The wife was doing a washing today and the bloody machine blew up. She says the thing started leaking water and was trying to turn it off, somehow the water got into to the motor and then bang. She was really shook up but is fine now. Local electrician says the thing is f**ked and would be cheaper getting a new machine rather than repair. So sat here with a flooded kitchen a fecked washing machine and a wife with PTSD. Looks like i am going to have to get a refurbished one rather than a new one as i am completely skint. check out AO.com, I got mine from them end of last year when I had £30 in the bank credit is costing £15 a month and until its paid off in 2 years (fixed interst that's costing £20) if anything goes wrong the company replaces it for free with a new machine, better deal than just buying one

yeah grab a variable power mod if you don't already have one, istick 30w or evic mini or subox or whatever takes your fancy (you don't need anything expensive if you don't want to spend loads) and then it can change power depednign on what coil you use, and possibly if you were to transition to sub ohm in the future it would still work great as well. I started on an ego /2.2ohm clero kit, advanced to istick 30 + mini nautilus starting at 2ohm and running down to 1ohm before moving on to sub ohm kit all of which allowed me to drop from 24mg nic down to 3mg e-juice without constantly dreaming of smoking, now I plan on continuing to vape @3mg indefinitely and hopefully future regulations wont endanger that

just because you can rebuild in something doesn't make it an actual rebuildable deck, those tend to have the letters "RBA" somewhere in the title and they have peek insulators www.fasttech.com/search?peek%20insulator around the post

I'll be looking to get around 10 litres of VG in September as hubby is going to the UK for a week taking only hand luggage but coming back with a suitcase filling it with VG & concentrates. The 10 litres was to share between 2 of us so I'll be bookmarking this website and getting it from here (hopefully). Wonder how much the UK postal charge would be to get 2 x 5 litre bottles posted to the Kent area - hopefully cheaper than buying 10 x 1 litre bottles with free postage. Edit: Oooh, I see they also do loads of concentrates including my ADV of T-Juice's Jacques Le Mon, plus others that we both use over here. This is looking even better might be an idea to ask email the shop and ask them how long those prices are for, might be a case of getting it shipped ot a friends place now and collecting it in a coupe of months when he does his trip, also hope he's not flying since the liquid transport regulations might make it difficult to ship it home.... then again they do up to a litre of liquid with a shipping charge estimate of £5.50 so might not be a bad idea to order the concs in bulk from them for direct delivery

no idea about the cleito but I have subtanks on 0.5ohm coils and run them at 27watts no problems (the coils have 25>30w recommended temps) in bot the mini topfill and the standard 4ml tanks
also have the crown with stock 0.5ohm coils running at 30w (again recommended temp)
I also used the tfv4 quad coils at 80w (also 0.5ohm) again recommended temp
then I use the rba heads on cheap cotton at slightly higher temps with around 0.5ohm claptons in them and no problems, although with the 70%vg or higher sweet liquids they gunk up quite fast and start to taste nasty after about a week

pacman given the wide array of sales opportunities I would expect they don't want to sell them as part of the bundled goods its better business sense for them not to provide some spares in the package as it encourages people to just buy a new one rather than try and get them fixed, the average guy on the street will buy a new tank rather than pull it apart and fix it largely because they don't have the inclination to discover if it can be fixed (heck I know some people that don't even clean there kit just chuck it away when the coils it came with run out and replace it) as to the build quality of the materials used, I rather suspect the impending regulations will see them improved in the coming months to be less problematic for the consumer anyway.

anon4 it might be advisable to buy some TPD compliant products (couple of 10ml bottles correctly labled) in a few months once they become stocked and then you can just rinse them out and refill with your days worth of juice, to be honest that's what I intend to do and i'll keep making up my normal 100ml bottles for use at home and just decant a bit each time i'm going to need a refill when not at home this way there can be nobody questioning what i'm using after 19 may 2017 and will avoid and possible hiccups should there be some overzealous enforcement guy ready to jump up and down with a clipboard No no no no no, the TPD is point of sale regulation and has sod all to say about what you can vape or the bottle you carry your liquid in, please do not spread this completely wrong info around there is more than enough uncertainty ATM. ETA TPD compliant bottles are fill once so you can't refill them anyway. I was actually meaning that in order to avoid any unpleasantness with some council jobs worth I was intending to get some tpd compliant bottles and reuse them, so regardless of what I have in my pocket it would appear to be the bought from a shop with the correct labelling should one such individual spy me refilling my tank after the final date next year, not that it was legally required..... as to how to refill them, it will either be with a hypodermic syringe that fits inside the nozzle or it will be flipping the nozzle off the bottle and pouring it in (depending on how the bottles are made), not because I actually give a fat rats arse about the regulations but because its simpler to play the game an at least pretend I do

Perpetua I had a pair similar to them when I was in my early teens (quilted hunter boots) fantastic for frosty morning ride, they didn't last more than about 3 mnths though before they went on a bonfire due to wear n tear .... Posing rather than practical wellies I suspect nanotm . . . . . possibly with the new generation, not that up on hunters any more, but back in the early 90's they were still waterproof even though they were padded(outer layer being gortex) and actually warmer than moonboots in the sub zero air

I have 3 pairs of shoes since the clearout where I got rid of 9 pairs of surplus footwear as well

to everyone that replied, I thank you for your helpful advice, since cutting right down on subs and just using mods I have noticed I am not coughing as much, I am still using my two itaste mvps and I have had them nearly two years so I am going to stick with them, they are very reliable, my only problem I'm experiencing now is I am gradually losing my taste, I've tried about 25 different flavours and I can't taste any, is it my age, (I'm 77) any ideas on getting my taste back or is it too late JamesRD. assuming your not just using well past bin time coils then; you need something with serious punch like brain kicking menthol to chug for a day or two, after that everything will taste better, think of your taste buds like a coil, every once in a while you have to remove the old wick fire it at full power to rejuvenate it and then with a new wick things taste great again. if you cant stand menthol i'm sure someone else can recommend another flavour that will do the same thing,

the nicks are actually in the middle of the battery on the outer casing. Not the + or - ends I'm none the wiser! could just be that a bit of grit was caught against the side of the battery after the back fell off when you dropped it and caused the damage, easy way to check if its the battery bay causing the problem open the evic mini battery compartment run your finger along the inside of the cover on both sides and see if theres any lumps bumps or sharp bits, if there are bit of wet n dry to smooth them off, remove the battery from the mod and run your finger round the inside of the battery compartment especially along the edges again any protrusions and rub them flat with wet n dry and you will remove the problem causing the damage spots (if there are any) also run the ribbon through your fingers to make sure there isn't something caught in it (sometimes a random bit of wire will get stuck in that and when you yank on it your scratching the battery) if there is tweezers and magnifying glass might fix the problem (if not a pair of scissors and cut it out) either way the heat shrink layer added to the battery will provide the insulation required and get rid of the problem

well as I said it was only one of the evil minis I have that had that problem, it was only something minor, the danger with the negative end is that repeated scoring could penetrate the shell of the battery and that would be bad (it was making some deep scoring of the casing) and givne the time of purchase it was probably put together in a rush from less than perfect parts in time to fulfil orders prior to the new years holidays, its one of those "s*** happens" scenarios and nothing worth getting upset over /
