I actually managed to drop my genuine Kayfun 5 whilst on holiday!! Dented the Chimney outer ring slightly and the 510 was all over the place. No broken glass fortunately. It was out of action for the remainder of the holiday (thankfully I had my K4 with me) the 510 insulator was the casualty.
When I emailed Keith at Crème de Vape he didn't have replacement insulators available. I used an old K4 insulator as a temporary fix which worked and now the spare parts are all available so I'm back up and running.
I've had quite a few mods topple over with Kayfun's attached, they aren't the lightest atomiser. No serious damage to report, the only glass I have ever broken was on the Theorum, pleased it came with a spare glass.

316L is all I'm using these days. I like it and use it in both power and TC mode. You can dry burn it enough to clear gunk off coils and make builds last. Tastes good to me, haven't used Kanthal in quite a while. I prefer SS faster ramp up time. You should try it TC.

I've been trying to change the logo on my Evic Mini. I have the right software to create images in the correct size and format but I keep getting a message telling me my image has more than one colour and they won't load.
Ive created images with a black background and white lettering only, I've even tried just white letters and no background, but I can't get an image to load other then the Standard Logo.
Has anyone successfully created image for an Evic Mini? What an I doing wrong?

You are using too much power. Try breaking the coil in by using lower wattage and turn it up gradually.
You might have a duff set/pack of coils. The pre made coils for any atomiser can be a bit hit and miss sometimes, it wouldn't surprise me.

I just line up the tip of my bottle above the fill hole and drip away but I don't flood the deck. I'm not even to carefull when I do this it doesn't matter if a little juice spills on the deck. Don't think I've ever had any trouble with an air lock. Try poking a tweezer or screw driver down the side of the wick between the wick and deck so you create a path for the air to escape. The wick once it becomes saturated it will refill any gap.

The amount of mah in a 26650 varies anything from 3500-5500 mah depending on the wrapper. Definitely take a look at the posted battery table from Mooch as he has tested the batteries he recommends.
Whether you can get a whole day out of a battery running at 100w is debatable and dependant on how much you vape, 100w is going to suck the useful life of a battery fairly quickly. Also consider that these bigger batteries do sag and may not run at 100w for their whole charge. They don't appear to be any greater than a decent 18650 from what I have seen posted. This can also be mod dependent as well.

I have a Theorum tank and I cut the wicks so they hang down and just hover above the base of the tank. Make sure you don't choke the wick holes, there needs to be a bit of space or looseness between the wick and the tank deck to allow juice to travel up the wick.

I wasn't impressed by Evans, he was over doing it. The Beeb are trying to keep the format the same but it was so much about the presenters and your just not going to replicate the old trio. I thought the Robin Reliant challenge was crap but enjoyed the Viper ACR test. Bloody funny that Sabine Schmitz managed to get another passenger to throw up and a Top Gun pilot at that. The Extra Gear show needs to be incorporated in to the main show.
I'll wait to see how the up coming episodes fair before making any further judgement.
For me the first show was a FAIL!
