Dee, sorry hunnie, must have missed your post re: atties. From reading the above, you have ordered some - but not from China? Yes, will be great to hear of a good source. Did you also read a post that I put somewhere today about the atties appearing to be fading? I left one untouched for a day or so, thinking it was duff, and it is fine again today! No idea what that was about - science and technology not my strengths.

Not having much luck am I Hissie I had problems with my Riva in the first instance. Turned out mine was the charger that wasn't working. Have they sent you a charger with a UK plug? Or is it the 2 pin and adaptor? They initially sent me a 2 pin / adaptor plug and I'm pretty sure these are problematic (friend ordered a different item from China, came with same said plug and didn't work) Contact LF or where u got yours from, and let them you know that either the charger or the battery isn't working. It could be that your other battery has already got charge in it so that's not really going to let you know much. x

I'll give them all a quick try and let you know.

Yes it's a 2 pin plug with Uk adaptor.
In some respects, due to how unlucky I've been with getting started, I should've gone for a cheaper starter kit with filled cartridges, then I at least could've been vaping something.
Tried phoning LF but no answer. It rings for a while then nothing. What's the best time to phone them?

Hissie if you contact them today they should get the parts sent out today, I got mine next day. Tell them you need a battery and and charger, tell them you'll return the faulty parts once you know what's not working. x

Ok, managed to get through to LF.
The guy I spoke to rekons I should try it out with the atomiser & see what's working and what isn't then go from there. He said that the light on the battery dosen't have to light up when pressed, but I thought if it lit up, you could know whether it had charged up and was working ok. He told me to send an email if any wasn't working & he'd take it from there. However, I'm a bit dubious of email contact, since LF haven't replied to an email I sent them re: juice flavours & strengths.
I feel abit lost with it all to be honest

I had trouble getting hold of them on Friday Hissie, but somehow the numbers register with them and they phone back any missed calls.
Don't worry about the poorly battery too much at the moment. If, when you get your juice, you find it doesn't work then the other one should keep you going for the best part of a day. I find they last me 24 hours, so if you pop it on charge overnight you'll be ready for the morning.
Fingers crossed the postie arrives with parcels in the morning.

Hissie - we understand the panic. Many of us newbies had things go wrong for the first few days, but it got sorted. I have only tried the Riva, and when it works, it is good. I didn't want to go for a cheaper one in case it wasn't effective, and I would have given up on the whole idea. I have the willpower of a dead slug. Once we make the decision to take the plunge, we want to get going asap. Try to hang on with what you have tomorrow. It is my 3-week anniversary tomorrow. I have probably spent a fair bit on juices and bits, but think that as from this week, I shall be ahead financially compared to what I would have spent on real cigarettes.

Hissie I had the same issues as you and in all honesty Liberty flights were fantastic. I emailed and didn't get a reply immediately but then was told to email orders@liberty-flights.co.uk who sorted my problems immediately.
Try not to panic, they will sort you out x

Hissie, I am so sorry you've hit problems, this is just what I dread happening to newbies - they put their faith in what we say and then are let down, and on top of that they're smokers who need their fix, and on top of that money may be tight...
