Another quick update.
I've now gone more than 48 hours without a cigarette.
The longest I have ever managed......
I can't say it's been easy, but it's certainly been a great deal easier than ever before.....
And it obviously hasn't been that hard, because I've not had so much as a puff of a tobacco cigarette.
Even though I've left my tin of baccy in full view, ready to pounce on when the expected cravings begin.
I expected my worst times to be first thing in the morning, and at night when watching t.v.
The mornings have been eased considerably with use of the ecig, and the nights too, with a tiny bit of help from Thorntons Special Toffee........
I hope I'm not sounding smug or complacent, as I'm neither.
Just so grateful for something that has enabled me to go over 48 hours without a cigarette - for the first time in over 40 years.

A huge thank you to everyone for this forum, without which I'd never have tried the ecig.
And here's hoping that I can keep it up.

It's a great feeling isn't it nana? I could never have given up tobacco without my e-cigs; I've tried so many times. I can now sing in the bath again without croaking like a bullfrog!

my baccy is less than a foot away and as of now i aint even sniffed it,not sure its a good idea though.
