Update - have received my ejuice today - thank you James- the personal note and gift very much appreciated, sure I will be back for more!! Still waiting for my "tornado", eager to get started, the cigs are gona be the death of me and it amazes me, that thought is no deterrent.
Hanow hi x Made me giggle, the kettle cig routine, I have a cig and everything routine, delay my every move with "I'll just have a cig first". Heres hoping this will be a serious replacement for my disgusting habit, I really want and need to stop. Again, thanks to everyone x x

Janie, when I started vaping, I never intended to quit smoking, just to cut down. I had smoked for 46 years, I thought that I could never quit. The more I vaped, the less I liked smoking, until two months later, I smoked my last cigarette.

That was over a year ago and I don't miss cigarettes at all. In fact, I can't stand the smell of cigarette smoke, now.

Wow, hope it works for me. I have tried all sorts, patches, chewing gum, the funniest was the mouthwash. After using it, it made the cigs taste disgusting, so I used to get up extra early and smoke as much as poss before using the mouthwash. I think maybe, my heart's never really been in it. Janie

I was very much like you Janie & Hanow . . . everything I did had to be punctuated with a cig break, can't say I've found myself with anymore time since starting vaping cos I spend it on here , but it's time spent through choice most enjoyably now.

I can live with walking behind someone smoking, fresh cig smell Jerry, but stale cig smell. Eeeeeeew.

Have to say, I can whiff a ciggie being smoked a mile off, even someone driving by with their window down and smoking!

It does, but don't worry - I just vape where I would have smoked so no weight gain in over 8 months.

Plus, with some of the yummy ejuice flavours you can get it's like having a fattening treat without the guilt or calories.

Exactly, Perp. Look at it this way Janie, given a choice, would you rather vape a nice vanilla e-juice, or smoke from some burning leaves ?

Janie, I so hope your Tornado arrives tomorrow. Usually, without all the current postal problems & Totally Wickeds sale, most supplies usually arrive next day - James' especially.

Jerry & Perpy are right & so is Hanow. The e-cig works in so many different ways, either as breaking your habit or just using it as an alternative to your habit. You still get the hand to mouth bit plus of course the nicotine (easily reduced if you want to) & above all the satisfying inhalation of the vapour. So there should be no need whatsoever for you to put on any weight as you wont need to comfort eat or suck sweets etc:)

as far as post goes i am estimating 4 or 5 days min for delivery
the taste of food is a good one lol for years i had forgotten that potatoes actually had a taste and i used to love kebabs but now they are just to strong for me
the smell well i can tell at 50 paces who is a smoker and who is not BUT thank got i have not become one of those horid ex smokers that just go on and on I remeber what it was like and hoe had it was and is to give up

thats why i do what i do I love to help people
dont really care about makeing too much profit
love making people happy dont care what peole think of that statement
I know in my heart what i am doing

Janie - I chain-smoked rollies for donkeys (more than 50 years smoking altogether), totally destroyed my tastebuds and they haven't recovered after more than 2 years of vaping - but most people recover taste pretty quick.

I'm really looking forward to you getting started - every new vaper brings a little joy because we know what a miracle it is
