So pleased it's gone well today for you Janie.

As everyone's said, don't put yourself under any pressure . . . took me a couple of weeks to be a completely cig free zone - one day I simply decided that I actually prefered ecigs and that was it. Something I never thought I'd be able to say!

Hi Everyone . Still puffing on my tornado. A mixed success story, reckon I have cut down on my real cigs by three quarters. Having between 3 and 8 a day. For me it really is a miracle, as could smoke 20-30 a day, especially when working at home on the computer. Hoping to cut down more when OH gets started on his Ecig (he has delayed his start due to Xmas >).
Hi Scylla x I came aboard earlier in Dec after following the Ebay thread. Pleased with myself so far and determined to keep going.
