I was thinking the same thing, the mail (post) is slow this time of year. Be patient Janie, it will get there. Right now it's in a place called Transit, (wherever that is). As soon as they can get it out of Transit, it will be on it's way to you.

Don't get on the computer as much as I'd like to, so forgive the long gaps in replying. It arrived this morning , honest, I was so well drilled, put it together and charged it as per instructions. Have been puffing on it all day. Had my last real cig at noon, and have to confess to having my other last real cig at 3pm, but swear not another one since. How am I finding it? quite strange tasting but really quite comforting and I'm not craving a real cig at all, not even a sneaky one. Hope I'm not overdoing the puffing though . Any tips greatly appreciated. I am on caramel at the mo!! Janie

Janie, I'm glad to hear that you are enjoying it. It may seem a bit strange at first, but you will get used to it soon. Don't worry about the cigs that you have smoked, I did both for two months.
As for the puffing, unlike a cigarette, you don't light it and then put it out, so monitor how you feel. If you start to feel a bit ill, then back off the puffing for a while, especially since you are also smoking a few cigarettes as well. You don't want to absorb too much nicotine.

Don't worry about over-puffing unless you make yourself dizzy - that would probably mean you're getting too much nicotine in your little braincells In the bakery section of supermarkets you can find very cheap bottles of vegetable glycerine, you can add a bit to your e-juice if you think it's too high nic. Yes, the taste takes a bit of getting used to. You are very brave, starting with a non-tobacco flavour - we didn't have them when some of us started over 2 years ago, only tobacco ones, but even those flavours don't taste like cigs, it's the sweet base liquids that have to be used. Also, and I'm sure we've said this already, do not pressure yourself - if you have to have a fag, so be it, "count the ones you DON'T smoke" I can't test my brain with tips at the mo cos am too tired, but just keep doing what you're doing and someone else will be along soon with more help for you. Oops! Crossed posts with you there, Jerry scylla

Hi Jerry. I feel fine and likely not having as many puffs as when smoking cigs as there is no rush to finish. Just feels like its available and there to be puffed. Bit of a novelty today How many cartridge refills in a day should I be on, I'm usually a 20-25 a day smoker. Janie

I feel dreadful because I can't tell you how many carts you should get thru - I don't even know how many ml of juice I vape per day. I do know, though, that I'm a constant puffer - and I don't worry about it one little bit However, if I'm doing something like getting a meal I forget all about it, even tho I have to take an e-cig everywhere I go. I would never have survived that long without a cig. Early days, Janie, I almost wish I could go thru them again because it was such a miracle for a 60-a-day rollie smoker. scylla
