Sepia from the Homoeopathic range in Boots for the flushes and sweats, and have noticed a difference in a matter of a few days

We get ladies in H&B ( sorry about this wummin stuff Jerry ) who've had hot flushes/night sweats for 17+years, I realise I escaped lightly with only 4 years of them.

H&B also stock something called 'Flash Fighters' which I postively lived on ( before I worked for them ) along with Agnus Castus which helps regulate the hormones.

I did find they helped ease the symptoms, much better than HRT which was a nightmare for me, although they did take a time to work, a good few months, mind you this is going back over 10years now as I had a very early 'change' one of the downsides to smoking as well that doesn't get mentioned much.
