Is the mini nova low resistance. I see them mentioned quite a lot on here. As you can tell I still have no idea what half the bits and bobs are

Might need to up your nicotine level at that time the clearo should be ok at all times.

The clearomisers you're using will come in standard resistance (sr) and low resistance (lr) www.vapeescape.co.uk/vision-ego-v2-rainbow-long-wick~362personally, I prefer the nova and mini nova. when you buy the nova it comes with 3 different atomiser heads which lets you try different resistance the lower the resistance the more throat hit/flavour etc but your battery will run down more quickly

I'm not too concerned about the battery run down, I have 2 and one usually lasts me all day right now but I work from home so always have the other on charge and ready to go anyway.
I'll take a look at the mini novas or try a lower resistance clearo. If the Riva battery fries, well I have an excuse to get a VV right? lol

I've just noticed inside the clearo is half filling with vapour when I drag. I haven't noticed this before apart from once when it filled right up because I forgot to screw the tip on I just pushed it in.
I have checked the tip and it won't go any tighter.

Only condensation, nothing at all to worry about, I get it quite a bit on the V3's and CE4's but not the novas. Dave

I've not been doing too great I have been having on average about 5 cigs a day which is still a lot less than my usual 20 but I want to get it even further down. I just don't seem to be getting what I need from the vaping and it feels like I am getting less and less from it each day.
I have therefore ordered some different juices with a higher nic content and a Nova tank to try. Fingers crossed they will arrive for the weekend and I can get back on track to having just the 1 cig on a morning or none at all. If the nova isn't enough and the higher nic content then I guess I will have to change the riva battery for a twist or similar.

I'd certainly vote to go for a VV battery, If you're struggling at different times of the day you can then just up your vapour production. I know it seems expensive but a VV battery is around 3 packs of 20 cigs (or less). You could also try a VV pass through, if you're in front of a PC all day. You could pick one of those up for around a tenner. I haven't got one myself but others on here swear by these... www.vapingthings.com/510_FIXED_PASSTHROUGH_FROM_c2a3649_-_c2a3999/p1311952_7048616.aspx

Sorry to hear you don't feel you have been doing so well Cornflakes But please don't despair, it really is a big achievement cutting down from 20 to 5 cigs a day. Do try some higher nic juices & have a look at that passthrough that Firin has linked to

Hiya Cornflakes, Please bear in mind the clearo and indeed a Nova or in fact any atomiser/tank/clearo has a lifespan they "gunk up" inside, when they start to drop off in flavour and hit you can either do a bit of maintenance (cleaning/re-wick etc) or if you can't be fussed with that try a new one. At a few £ each they're still much cheaper than stinkies. Some last longer than others but anything over a week or 2 is pretty good. You could try a new one against your old one that will show you if it has dropped off. And remember always have a couple of spares, sometimes (rare these days) they just stop working. Good luck!

HI Cornflakes How are you getting on??? Has the new gear arrived and has it improved your Vaping? I was the same as you last week, not really getting enough out of me Flavors, it was all a bit bland and wondering if it would get any better. I think all my coils and cats were past their sell by date and I have ordered some more coil thingies for me tanks. I washed out all me tanks and wicks yesterday and not mixed 2 or 3 juices together and today i have really enjoyed me vaping. I hope your new bits and pieces and higher nicotine juices will do the trick and you get out of vaping what you were expecting to.
