The way the seals are made on the Aga-T by compression, it should be possible to use a glass cylinder/existing glass tank of the right size as the tank shouldn't it?

yeah as long as the size is correct or within tolerance
any slack can be taken up with a fatter O ring

Hmmm..The thought did cross my mind..

But I think peeps need some time to get started with genesis style attys so maybe in a couple of months. I found another company which do the same thing about 2 miles from my house. So will pay them a visit at some point and see what the prospects are and maybe get a sample in the process..
