My batteries are lasting over a day, so unless you're gonna superglue it to your lips I think you'll be ok for vape time. I can't decide with clearo gives the better draw out of the ego in the kit, the V3 I ordered at the same time, or the mini nova I got yesterday. Changing Nova head to 1.8 when I get home, play time Mono

Lol Sooetie, great post, so pleased your enjoying your kit You're right to think about having spares, but you really don't need to buy a full new kit! Something like this will give you a spare battery and spare charger www.vaperstall.com/starter-kits-accessories/vaper-stalls-ce5-vaping-kit-e-liquid/Have a look around though, many vendors sell these basic kits, so compare prices etc As for drip tips, order an extra one with every order, they seem to get lost easily!

Thanks Karma I was just looking at smokeybebe's thread and there are some great batteries on there for an ego - will they fit a Riva? Mono is definately trying to baffle me with names and numbers lol - one day I'll work out what he's on about. Sleepyduck - how can I resist I just get the feeling that this is going to work for me so I'm going for it and don't want to find myself short of kit and having to nip to the shop for stinkies. Still only 1 stinky today

Only 1 ciggie is great, well done Riva/egos are all 510 threads so all chargers clearos/cartos with a 510 thread will fit. the fancy batteries on the other thread are fully compatible with what you have as are the small kits I linked to above

Sounds as if you are going well sootie Well worth getting another battery and a spare charger - backups for your backups is the mantra on here! While you are at it may be worth stocking up with a few clearo type things if you like those. So long as you stick with 510 connections (which is most things) as said above, anything goes with anything. Of course some things look nicer when paired up than others

Hi Guys
Well after a fw days Vaping I think I'm getting the hang of it and haven't had a stinkie today at all.
I have a few questions.
How long do the Riva 1100 batteries generally take to charge? I'm using them both but when I put them on charge they take less than an hour.
I have decided I prefer the clearos and want to get some more, the one in the kit is 'standard' is it a 1.8, 2.4. 2.8ohm? I'm looking at the Vision Ego E3
Can you buy the elastic washers for the drip tips anywhere?

Hi Sooetie I am another Essex girl. Just wanted to say hello as I must have missed this thread when you first posted. Like you, I started with Elite, moved onto the Stainless steel Riva then moved onto an Ego twist and now have just got my first BIG gun the Zmax. I predominately only use one juice nowadays as I love it so much so I bought a Vivi Nova STV tank which holds so much juice I only need to fill it up once a day. Great to see you enjoying your vaping. I started in September and have only strayed to a stinkie once and that was only because I went out forgetting to take my vape stuff with me. When i smoked the cigarette it was awful and taught me a big lesson NOT to go out without it anymore.

I'm looking at the Vision Ego E3 Can you buy the elastic washers for the drip tips anywhere? If you run a Riva 1100 down until it stops working it will probably take about 3 hours to charge up, but you can re-charge at any point (the batteries have no memory) and how long it takes will depend on how far you have run down the batteries. The standard clearo you have has a resistance of 2.5 - 2.9 ohms. Lower resistance ones will give you a bit more oomph (as it is known technically ). The E3 is a good idea as when it wears out you just have to replace the head rather than the whole clearo, so maybe worth getting a spare head of two to go with it.
