The little Nano single charger takes longer than others but some users think it does a better job. If I hadn't already acquired a double and another single before I knew that, I'd get another Nano, however, UK adapter thingies are required! That in itself makes the dual charger more economical. When your batteries start to weaken they need charging more frequently, so it's handy to be able to charge more than one at a time. Re that universal charger - I hadn't seen it before, I wish someone had put up a pic showing it with the SD Spiderfire batteries in it, cos it doesn't look as though it will hold 2 fat ones. I'm sure it must do, but I need the reassurance of a photo. Yes, the Screwdriver is expensive just for a battery holder. When Trog first introduced it, it was mega-expensive - but, it was the only such gadget on the market, and it was not mass produced. Since the button improvement, your SD should last you yonks. I personally recommend it's always used with a neck lanyard so that it never hits the ground on its nose - I broke 2 of the old buttons by dropping mine but I've been fine with my neck lanyard. They sell them ever so cheap on eBay. If you are not the sort to keep dropping things, then please yerself I've only just woken up after a major crash, have had a wash 'n brush-up but am still disoriented, so everything I say has "E&OE" after it When Chrissie does the bulk order with Amy (Health Cabin in China) think about getting more spares - atties, carts... the juice will be restricted, because of bulk? am not sure. EDIT... to say that I missed several posts which have already covered chargers. Sorry about that scylla

Scylla, I've got that trustfire multi charger (bought it for my GG 14500 batts) & the SD mk1 Spiderfire batteries do fit in it. But you do also need a UK adapter for it.
