Lilac, the shaver type adapters from pound shop are fine.

I may be getting confuddled but I think the yellow spiderfires that Keef posted a link to are for the SDm2 that TW sells & therefore they will not fit in your SD mk1's from Trog.

Edit - Lilac, if these are the ones you meant, then they will NOT fit the SD mk1.

The kaidomain people have yellow 16340 Spiderfires - not seen anyone mention using these but they will fit the Mk1 .

I must have missed that link from Keef. Yes 16340 are the right size Lilac & if they really are 1000mAh, they will last longer between charges than the 800MAH purple ones

They're almost double the price tho, so they'd have to be VERY much better before i'd get them...lol

Whilst people are skeptical - with good reason - about Chinese battery ratings - these may well be worth a go - my experience of the orange 18350 (SD Mk2) batteries (rated at 1200mah) is that they do last a fair bit longer than the "official" Mk2 batteries. These may do the same for the Mk1?

are you people sure that a shaver plug does the same job as i thought that they are used to reduce the power.
