Sammie you let it dribble down the side of the clearomizer and so long as you don't squeeze loads of liquid at once it won't go on the white bot. Gurus of vape what if the correct name for the white bit? Sammie you and I seem to think along the same kinda lines. Live your questions.

Thankyou. My last question for now, which I guess is important to know before I fill it - Once it is all assembled and filled, can you lay it down, and throw it in your bag etc or will it leak?

Ok I've watched the vid a few times, but I can't see if he is getting any on the white tube, I know the aim is probably to get it straight down the side, and he does make it look easy, but do I have to miss the white tube? Hya Sammy and welcome. The hole you see in the white silicon bung is the air hole.If you get liquid in there when its back together with the mouth piece on blow through it into a tissue before putting it on the battery

Yes Sammy, you can lay it down & it shouldn't leak in your bag. Make sure you have switched the battery off though before bunging it in your bag. otherwise it could activate if something else in your bag pushes against the button.

Here is how I am getting on. I charged up both batteries as they did need it, but not for 3 hours each so they had some charge in from new. I then filled my clearomiser. I did it real slow, and I do not think I got any on the white bit at all, but just incase I blew down it as advised. I then assembled it and gave it a go. It's strange holding it, but not too big, bulky or heavy so I know it will become more natural over time. The only liquid I have at the moment until the postman gets here is the free sample of hot chocolate. I do not like it. It tastes like extra strong , sickly sweet cocoa powder. I read on here somewhere about a burnt taste. Could this be the problem have I done something wrong? Or do I just not like it?
So I took my second battery and adapted. I have no idea if I am supposed to do it this way, but I screwed my last sky cig cartomiser onto my new battery, this is cherry flavour. The skycig you had to suck real hard to get anything, this way was so much easier and I actually got some vapour. I was well happy. Was it ok to do this?
I have some cartomisers on their way so is this how I am supposed to use them? Just screw to battery? Also am I supposed to use them as is, or am I supposed to replace the bit you put in your mouth with a different tip? The cartomisers may get here before my liquid.
Overall it may take a while to find what I do and don't like taste wise , it may take a while to get used to holding it, and to get into a routine, it's not so easy as grabbing a pack of fags and a lighter before you run out the door, but I know it will become easy, so whilst I may not be able to actually quit right now I know soon I will be able to seriously try, because I like my new toy very much.

And what strength of liquid did you go for x I'm not able to give it a serious go yet, still waiting for things to arrive, but I love the kit I got I would definitely recommend it. I went for 20mg strength, and I stuck with tobacco flavours, I figured a little stronger, and tobacco may equal success.

This thread is so funny. I'm not sure I want to call it a crack pipe, that is a worry of mine that people will think that is what it is.

I read through the steps, it does say screw the cartomiser onto the battery I just wasn't sure if that was ok to do with my battery? It says also you can use a cover cone to make it look pretty, but I don't know if I can get one to fit mine , and it says to use a mouthpiece but once again I don't know what would fit my catomisers or even if they can be dismantled . It is these I am waiting for - www.ecigwizard.com/offers/bargain-basement/neatcigs-cartos.html

Thank you, I will have to get a couple of each, I will wait for other things to arrive first as it is just cosmetic, and then I may have found a flavour I really like and throw some of that in the basket as well.

Drip tips are cosmetic sammy13 but they feel nicer in your mouth than the blunt end of the carto. they're also easier to remove and replace when topping up cartos with liquid

sammy13 I'm sure I could spare an unused drip tip, so if you PM me your address, I'm more than happy to pop one in the post to you

They also save you from getting burnt lips Sammy as the end of a carto can get quite hot! Cosmetic and very practical.
