I made the big mistake of not writing down the tips as I saw them, so if I could get help here I will add them to my beloved note pad. So when I find it starts to taste yucky, I unscrew the evod, then do I remove the pin apart on top of the wick then soak? Or does the whole bottom part go in? Just need an idiots guide step by step please. Plus Romelee gave a tip about soaking new attys in warm water over night, then dry burn, so again, pin in or out. I haven't faffed with the pin, not done a ruddy Siffy without first checking. Need an idiots guide please guys.

Just the coil unit I pop in to soak Siffy, the part that unscrews and you replace. So I do not remove the pin thing, just pop it in, no messing with pliers, hopefully;) I questioned it as I saw a video the other day, they removed the pin for something or other and just wanted to make sure it wasn't for this. Thanks.

Guys, I nipped out and made a purchase so it is currently soaking. Is that for a few hours or overnight?
I. (Amazingly) get the bit about letting it dry out completley, or it just creates steam?
The sad part is am currently nipping out for denture tabs to vape, and will chuck one down the loos tonivht, but am thinking will there come a time I am nipping out for them for my teeth, will I be saying..Lee, just popped my atty and dentures in for a soak? Will I be on here checking if they can both go in the same pot? Sheesh kebab, I hope not.

Overnight I let mine sit for Siffy, then a good rinse out with some very hot water . . . after that, just let them dry out fully. A sunny windowsill is ideal at the moment. I use those denture tablets for descaling my steamer, work a treat they do. Bicarbonate of Soda they contain, so one of those old but very effective for our purposes aids.

We live in a hard water area so am on the ball with the lime scale mission, have to be really. I use a lot of pure lemon juice and white vinegar too, but know not to put on my attys..lol Thank you, will leave them soaking overnight.
