I would just like to point out that today's vote means the END of the MHRA's involvement in anything to do with us. They will have to focus solely on the poor companies who have decided to go for a medicinal regulation of something vaguely resembling an ecig, (but more like a glorified tampon... sorry, inhalator) and will now be FORCED to leave US the hell alone!

That's the good news, but as for the devil being in the detail? Hell yes, but the Devlin is in the detail too, and I'm very hopeful that we have time - combined with political will - to get this right.

No time to sit back. Our collective efforts have got us this far, but it's far from over....

I mean, I think she was pretty stupid but how do they get from a picture of a big blue eGo battery to a sidebar that starts:

"Battery-operated E-cigarettes look like real cigarettes"?

To be honest vaping in front of customers is bound to raise eyebrows.

Farting is legal but I wouldn't do that in front of customers either

As we said above, that doesn't make sense. 71 said all e-cigarettes should be subject to medical regulation, 170 said only those above 30mg should.
