I've begun looking the past few nights at mods, the one that seems to be recommended to people is a mechanical mod called "Atom", with a VW Kick and 18350 battery, to use at its smallest size, it is a telescopic mod if used for larger batteries. The Atom/clones of it looks okay to my eyes as it isn't too shiny on pics I've seen. Most other mods I've seen so far seem shiny, for me that's off putting as I would need to wear my colorimetry lenses to use one due to light reflection/refraction. If shiny is appealing to you you have a very wide choice.

+1 for the Robust from PinkMule, a real bargain, reads Ohms and battery charge but VV only. Battery life is short but plenty of power for a single coil or BDC.

ok ok - just made a deal with myself - if the retention package is good or if I find my dream job before - then I will go for a nemesis - the provari is tempting - but a bit too much right now

Strongly recommend IMR batteries.

18350 is the shortest battery and definitely stick to a UK vendor for them. We can point you in the right direction for that. If you get the Nemesis, buy 18350 and 18650 batteries. It's really tidy in 18650 mode compared to most mods.

Clivia 18350 are the smallest for the nemmy. I'd buy batteries from uk vendor personally and either aw IMR or efest imr. I wouldn't entertain the 18350 as although they make a mod really dinky the life is too short between charges for me. I'd recommend you get 18490 nipple tops for the nemmy.

If you like, I can take photos of the Nemesis in 18500 mode and the vamo in the same for comparison. Will chuck in my 14500 set up for fun.
