help request, intense itching driving me mental

Hi guys. 
Past few days I have been getting severe itching all over my body.  I'm pretty much allergic to most common things like pollen, dust, pet hair etc. In fact I have quite a bad skin condition that's not been resolved in over 15 years. I have some "picky bits" probably over 5 years old. I have been on high strength antihistamines all my life ( currently, atarax. Hydroxyzinehydrochloride, ) been on that 25mg a day for about 10+ years. It allows me to have the animals and not have runny eyes, bad itching.  Although I have never been fixed yet. Anyhoo......

Past couple of days I have begun to get really severe itching from head to toe, progressively worse in the evenings. Couple that with muscle cramping, well more like I need to keep flexing my muscles even my fingers.  I don't think I'm overdosing on nicotine though, an 16 or 18mgl. 80/20 pg/VG. 

I have to ask, could it be a pg sensitivity? I know it seems to be the thorn in the side of vaping but many contradictory opinions also. 

Gail just said, I'm burning up on my forehead just now. I have had quit zits so to speak but now have pimples coming up all over the place, even up my arms, wrist, legs etc just to add to the total scared mess that my skin is already. My head and neck are on fire and proper intense zaps of super instant itch every few min. Like when a dog is walking along and all of a sudden just has to stop and scratch. 

No change in washing powder or foods ( although I am going to try and request some allergy tests at docs, but they have NEVER acknowledged the remote possibility that my skin condition is a long term allergy, I've been told its anything from infected eczema years ago, to now just saying I have a skin infection. I had the lotions, potions, wraps, light box therapy, antihistamines..... Everything!.

Sorry for long post but had to explain existing condition before you all asked, saves a bit of time. 
So any thoughts, help or I'll even take a hug and some sympathy right now.

PS, before I even read the replies so far. I must say that I have been also "going!!" At least 4 or 5 times a day!! Nothing really solid since I started vaping.           Too much info, sorry

Could be pg but could also be flavourings, have you changed to a new flavour recently ?

ruffdog, someone had a similar problem fairly recently... maybe enjay's wife? Anyway, he got in touch with Jim at JooseJuice who helped narrow it down with various mixes... hope it was him and he pops by soon to help out

I can only imagine how bad long term skin problems can be... I get allergy related eczema, but only rarely and I can pretty much pinpoint what has set it off so never suffer for too long. Hope you manage to get it sorted soon

Oooh, not just us then?  Driving me and Mr Lairey potty... every 10 minutes of an evening one of us is clapping trying to squash one of the little buggers!

Yep, was me. ruffdog if you are having vape related problems I'd highly recommend Jim at joosejuice, he's super helpful. The OH was having bother with headaches and he sent various juices to test, found out it was the PG and it's all good now.

Have you been tested for coeliac disease?
My brother has it and had really bad skin problems for years.
Cleared up very quickly after avoiding gluten

Oh, I couldn't say I have changed flavours, I have changed and tried all sorts this past month. But tbh at the moment I'm pretty much using all my flavours in rotation, trying to use up some of my first rooky buys, samples and members stuff. I intend to start mixing very shortly. I have bottles, VG, menthol crystals, syringes etc. Just need some nic base and concentrates. Roll on the 30th, pay day. X

Personally I believe I have DH to be honest with you. BUT the doc did an IGA,a test BUT not a IGAg test which he won't / can't do so I'll never know if I am igg deficient causing a false negative! People I have spoken to, see my rashes and go, yup looks like my friend xbrother /sister etc with DH. It looks like it on all pics I've seen but doc refuses to let me have a biopsy for DH or even give me the magical pill which apparently stops the itch within about 2 days. Go figure.
PS. Its not the midges BTW, i get my fair share of bites. Including 2 bastarding clegg bites on my arm. Grrrrrrrrrrrr
