Anyone tried BE112's?

Bearing in mind I really don't get on well with 901 atomisers, not keen on cartomisers, and only ever really liked 510s - I'm interested to know if anyones tried the BE112 atomiser?

Liberty Flights have BE112 LR listed, thinking of trying some out, or maybe someopne can save me the bother if they're crap

I hadn't heard of it but I see it's for the 801 models = penstyle, classic, Janty Stick...

As a matter of interest, why don't you like the 901? And which 901? I must say that I hate the "new" model, which has a smaller cart and is different inside, and can be killed by a single drip, grrrr. But the original 901 and the 4075 ??? can't remember the 40** number ??? were pretty good hit-wise and reasonable vapour-wise.

I hope I haven't got the wrong end of the stick again.

If anyone is still around - can't help with the atomiser question - in fact have one myself.

I have the Riva, and ordered a new attie from Totally wicked. It fits the screw in part to the battery, but has absolutely nil drawing power, and gets hot extremely quickly. Could I have the wrong one, or is it possible that it is faulty? It is the first time I have bought a spare, so I am not at all sure what the problem could be.

The only 901s I've tried are the 2 I got with the SD2. It's the draw I don't like on the 901, it feels a lot different, can't get used to it.

Thanks for the link Jaki, just read it, but doesn't look like they're discussing the LR version of the BE112, probably cos they've just come onto the market. I might give them a try, though I'll probably just buy one rather than a 5 pack, in case i don't like them.

But what are you going to use it with Bucko? You'll need an adapter I think.

Abe has given me a link for an adapter no worries. Though I may not follow it through, still undecided. Might try and hunt some reviews for the LR version from somewhere before i jump in.

Hanow, i'd think it must be the right one, or it wouldn't fit....but it could be faulty, i had one that got red hot very quickly, then it just died completely, but i'd had it so long before i used it that i couldn't send it back, can't even remember where it came from... ???

Drop TW an email, see what they suggest, then it gives you a bit of time to try it a bit more, having let them know it could be faulty...

Bucko, Scylla is right, the BE112's is an 801 attie & I've also seen good reviews of the standard one on ECF. Will keep an eye out for reviews of the LR version for you.

Hanow, I agree with Lilac. It must be the correct attie (a 501) otherwise it wouldn't fit your battery.

I asked about the "legend" on the receipt because I wondered if it was a particular variety of 510.

I wonder if the pin-hole in the side of the atty is too big and letting too much air through (I'm scraping the barrel, esp cos I can't even remember if a 510 has a hole). I did have that problem with a certain type of atty once, and was recommended to make it smaller with a bit of sticky tape or something.

I can't remember... maybe someone else does.

You wouldn't think the atty could be faulty if it heats up ??? ??? ???

The 510's don't have a hole in the side Scylla.

I'm wondering if Hanow is still vaping off the primer & once the attie starts getting nicely reprimed with some good juice, it will kick in & start performing better.

Sorry and thank you folks. I have noticeds that it is about half a cm longer than the atties provided with the Riva.

I can't see a hole, but there is absolutely no suction at all. If I remove it and screw in a working attie and same cart - then no probs. Confused here. I clearly need to order a good stock of atties, and started with this one - so not a great first attempt! Thing was, I had a converstation with the girl on the order-phone line - but she didn't know which atty was required for the Riva - so between us we went from the pictures.

Of interest, those who have ordered from East Mall - which ones have you ordered for the Riva? I might place an order myself. Liberty Flights don't have any atties - and still are not answering a phone to assist. Thus at the moment, I am playing a guessing game, and clearly getting it all wrong.

Hanow, I already posted something about the primer in another thread. Mine don't seem to work at first, but I think it's the primer....blow them out, drip a bit of juice in, burn it off (no cart, no vaping) and try again. Don't burn too long though, only a couple of seconds. Or drip some juice in and leave overnight.
The ones I got from TW are labelled Titan and Tornado.
The ones I ordered from Eastmall are LR ones,

Hanow - If you have to order from TW again, the Riva is just a clone of the Tornado, so any 510 atty will do the same job

It sounds to me like you have a dud atty - you need to let TW know asap in order to get a replacement/refund.

Personally, I have ordered the low resistance atomisers from EM, but just because they give a stronger vape than the regular 510s.

I had a Riva battery die on me yesterday and did have problems getting through to Liberty-flights, although they picked up the fact they had missed my calls and phoned me back. I think Abe (LF) has some problems with new stock coming through, hence a lot of popular items are out of stock at the moment. I have ordered the 510 and 901 LR atties from them.

If you are interested in getting an order from China, then post it to the board as I am sure there will be others who will add to then order to help out with postage costs
