no memory effect Anne and i think if i recall correctly that they dont like to be left discharged. so keeping them in use is the best way to extend their life

Well, after having a good mess around with it last night, my main concern is that the vapour is so harsh on the throat and chest. All three flavours I have, I can't inhale a decent drag without hacking and coughing. This seems to be defeating the object of replacing the real cigs somewhat.

It's a bit of a shame, as I think but for this I could quite easily stop smoking real cigs (which is the point), but it ain't gonna happen if I can't get a decent lungful without coughing my guts up...

The vapout doesn't have to go into your lungs to get the nicotine hit, the nicotine is absorbed through the membranes in your mouth.

Perhaps you don't need to drag on it so deeply?

Honkey, it sound like you are direct inhaling. Instead, draw on the e-cig & hold the vapour in your mouth for a second or so before taking it into your lungs.
