I take it it's quite easy to get to grips with? I know nothing of electwickerwy so have no idea what the wattage and ohms mean It is damian, lots of reviews on Youtube . . . . I chose this one, as I don't find GrimmGreen too tedious.

With the nautilus coils I'd recommend you unscrew the coil before use and drop eliquid on each of the tiny wick holes on the perimeter then screw the coil back into the base. then drop two or three drops of eliquid in the top of the coil, you'll see mesh when you look in the top, drop the liquid on the mesh. Fill the tank and screw it all together. There's a rotating ring on the base that you need to line up with one of the airholes, make sure it's lined up so one of the airholes is aligned. Take a few dry pulls without pressing the fire button to make sure the new coil wick is fully soaked or just leave it standing upright for 10 minutes. Maybe start off setting your Istick to 8 watts then tweak it upwards if you need too. 15 watts is about the max for the nautilus in my experience.

Top tips from GregPriming the coil is really important. Letting it sit like a lemon rarely works. There are posts about un-primed BVC coils on ECF all the time.

dont forget you will also need to buy a pack of coils. you get 1 included and 1 spare so that will keep you going for a few weeks but always worth having some by as spare. all you need is a burnt coil and no spares and your buggered.
average wattage for me is 10-15watt but start low and turn up each draw to find your sweet spot.
ive not primed a coil yet and ive only use 3 in 5 weeks. not through burn but one coil is for nipple juice high on cream only, the other for heisenberg only so in 5 weeks ive really used only 1 coil.

I also have just bought the iStick 30W, and was going to buy from Myepack, but they were mostly out of stock, so bought from here: puremist.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=147So about £30 quid, free delivery and it turned up the next day. Nice bit of kit, which gives you plenty of power options to play with. I would also add that the Mini Nautilus is a brilliant little tank that with these new BVC coils (that also fit the big brother Nautilus - of which I have 2) it is a nigh on a perfect partner for the iStick 30W. Oh, and a warm welcome to this very good site....

Well.................. I didn't get the istick in the end, I'm an impatient bugger and knowing I was going to make the transition up to a mod I didn't want to continue puffing (or desperately sucking) on a vapestick while I waited a day or two for delivery. Thanks to advice from a forum member, I contacted lairey and visited the shop this lunchtime. What a lovely bunch they are! The sales assistant patiently took me through his recommendations, pro's and cons etc etc. He then helped set it up for me and demonstrated how to build a coil. I also dropped down on strength, it shows how ineffective the vapestick was, I'm getting dizzy from the nicotine on this beast! Anyway...... my new purchase is this A Cloupor mini with Kanger subtank mini I don't need to worry about shinyitus... I already have it! I can't believe it has taken me 16 months to discover mods, I always thought they did the same thing, maybe lasted a bit longer? I totally wasn't prepared for how great this is although I'm going to have to drop the amount of nicotine in the juice, I have it set at 15w on the smallest air hole setting and taking 1 second mouth to lung drags on it and the nicotine is sending me dizzy (content is 12mg) Vape shops NEED to be pushing this kit on to newbies because this would have saved me a fortune if I'd have got it a year ago (although the savings made would be swallowed up with buying new shiny things) VERY VERY happy I stumbled across this forum! Thanks guys, and I make no apologies for the excessive use of exclamations in my post, I'm that happy! P.S. I chose a Cloupor because they didn't have any ISticks, I was going to go with an Innokin Itaste MVP but glad I plumped for the mini, it's just the right size to stick in my Jeans pocket

Good job damian I am sure this set up will keep you away from stinkies. Did you get to meet lairey ? Hi PinkyPuff I did yes, unfortunately she was serving another customer so was dealt with by one of her colleagues who knew his stuff, could have squeezed some more money out of me if he wanted to but he didn't, he listened to my requirements, made a decision on what he thought would suit me best and so far I'm very pleased. I've been in there before to pick up a bottle of juice as I had run out while I was waiting for the Mrs to finish her shopping, bit of a shame that I didn't hang around and chat to them as I probably would have made the transition to either a mod or at least a better set up than I've been struggling with for the last year. Sadly my closest vape shop doesn't really cater for established vapors (apart from supplying the juice), they seem more orientated at the newbie market with starter kits at around £30-£40. The weird thing is, I have quite a few friends who vape and are still using the starter kit batteries that I was (until today) using, I'm so going to blow them away when I next see them Anyway..... congratulations Vanilla vapes you are now officially my bricks and mortar shop of choice! As for the stinkies, I've never been tempted back to them, I remember losing my charging cable whilst on a drunken caving weekend in the Mendips and not being able to find a vape shop around the Cheddar area, instead of buying a pack of ciggies to tide me over, I (eventually) found an old computer shop that was able to provide me with one of the horrible fat usb cables, luckily I had brought a pass through pen type battery to try and reduce the wear on the threads. Shortly afterwards I always made sure I had a back up stick
