I feel Im constantly being harrassed by one or the other lol. A stinky blown in their direction would ward them off, but it seems raspberry, apple and watermelon flavours actually attract them, anyone else noticed this too, or am I just being unlucky?

You have to admit that you're intrigued by the wonderful (mostly) smell of some eliquids? Wasps I'm sure are no different Especially given the prospect of a lovely fruity meal Imagine their disappointment when there is no 'peach' or 'watermelon'. This has been covered before and it seems you're not alone. They aren't interested in humans till you become a threat though.

Can be frustrating when you go.outside or something for a quiet vape and are worried about 2 or 3 wasps stinging you as they won't go away from the vape

Your last sentence is like speaking to the pest control company I deal with. Their exact words have always been ' wasps are completely intolerant to humans'.
I have racked up a few miles running along scaffolding boards to try and get away from the buggers. There isn't much I will run from but I blow up like the elephant man if I get stung by one of the little barstewards.

I suppose since we steal their honey we can hardly complain about them coming near us when we smell sweet

They're Chinese bees, carrying tiny tiny ecig parts to England to be put together in Heathrow. How else can the speed of Fasttech deliveries be explained?

Bees are good, wasps are the spawn of the devil, sent to remind us. I say nuke the little barstewards. At least that way we can get rid of our arsenal of nukes and do some good for a change.

Creation, day 1. "Ok, you are going to be bees. You'll have one sting to defend yourself, and if you use it, you'll die bleeding." "Aye sir" "Aye sir" "Aye sir" "**** that!" "You! The last one! You're going to be a wasp."

About two weeks ago there were a lot of wasps about but fortunately they are not so prolific this weekend here.

They are splendid summertime garden cleaners. They eat up all sorts of nasties that you would otherwise be pestered with, eg caterpillar larvae, which would decimate your veg patch/flowers. Unfortunately, at this time of the year, the males are kicked out of the nest and get drunk on rotting fruit, or slowly starve to death. This is why they get bothersome. They are greatly maligned, much like sharks and snakes etc.
Give 'em some slack, they're homeless and hungry. And don't flap your arms around when you see them, it just makes them angry.
