As much as I want the mod, I've got other gear and if I had been really desperate, I'd have ordered from a UK vendor. But there are no excuses for a flash sale of stock they haven't got, the lack of comms or our tags being ignored.

Even if the delay is down to Smok not delivering on time rather than GB selling more units than they had in stock, a reliable vendor would apologise and offer some kind of explanation.

What's getting my goat is I raised a ticket asking about the delay once their shipping date had passed, the excuse was mine was being held by QC??, yet others were still getting shipped notifications, could it be because I got it cheap?? in the flash sale at $55.79

Fair enough but in that case both packages should be shipped by British Express. Because I paid extra for that.

Another delivery problem isabel22
Order number is WW1507190405009632.

It shipped July 30th. YodelDirect tried to deliver it 6/8/15. We were out, they left a card with nothing written on it, none of the boxes ticked. I thought they'd deliver it the next day but they didn't. I tried to get in touch with them but their system is automatic and said to contact you. Since then I've been trying to resolve it with your support centre - Ticket T15080772237 - but the last message from them is clearly from someone who either doesn't understand the problem or couldn't be bothered to read about it.

YodelDirect obviously have it in the country somewhere unless they've sent it back to you. I'd be happy to pick it up if it's reasonably local, but I can't find out where it is. It's a Goliath v2 by the way.

How long does it take for the tracking information to show up on my account page? It doesn't say anything about a separated order on my account page, perhaps it should and I didn't receive an email to inform me that you separated my package nor did I receive a shipping confirmation email. Will I receive another tracking number for the second package?

still waiting for a bag ordered mid june.
pre ordered. then back ordered. then delayed.

yes, we will send the email and tracking number to your when deliver the second package . 
our support center send the shipping confirmation email to the client when we shipped out the package , if your packege is separated, in the email. they will mark the remain items :the sku and quantity.
and Didnt you  received the shipping confirmation email ?

Hi, I think your tracking number is Unregistered , so you can not find more tracking information about your package if your total amount of order is not over 40$ and you did not bought an tracking number registered.

was just strange that the link directed me to the tracking company which showed the above information until 3 days ago.

hopefully it will be here by monday or i will have to buy the same bag again from a uk company with next day delivery as i will not be home after 7 days before i fly to america on 2nd september. fingers crossed.

Hi, your package is shipped out with SingPost Unregistered, since you not bought the tracking number, they just deliver the package one time, if you are not at home, they will not send it again, onething you can do is contact them where is the post , and you go to pick it up.

i wonder who will deliver it though. will it be our royal mail post or a courier and i hope they leave a card if were out as otherwise i will have no idea who to contact so as i can go and pick it up.
